Small vintage vacation cabin located in Charlestown, RI a 1 mile walk/bike to the town beach. Located on 7 acres called Rockbriar Farm, the cabin is in a wooded setting away from our home affording privacy for guests. One large room includes the futon bed/couch and the one sink; the shower and toilet are in separate room. Cabin also has a cedar enclosed hot water outdoor shower. Clean, cozy but not luxurious! No stove, but coffee maker, microwave, outside grill, and mini fridge.

Old world charm with a Cuban theme. The house, located on the mainland in South Kingstown, is called "The Havana Club" because that is the name of Cuba's most famous rum, and because I have many years' experience going there. This space is a separate apartment, approximately 800 sq ft. Outside is a spacious lawn, hammock, outdoor shower with hot water, picnic table, grill and chiminea. Two miles from the ocean, in a vacation area, so much to do and see and enjoy.

Overall great place to stay! Great neighborhood and quiet location. My husband and I don’t tend to stay at Airbnbs with families in the same home but we are very happy with our stay. The accommodations had our own separate entrance and we did not see or hear the hosts outside of some small footsteps, but it did not interrupt our stay at all. Very clean, spacious suite and comfortable queen bed that provided all linens and kitchen utensils. We were concerned that there was no AC and second guessed booking especially in the summer, but the suite being located in the basement, it was cold the entire time, even too cold, and felt like there was AC. Hosts provided 2 standing fans for extra air as well. Hosts even provided water and milk in fridge which I thought was a great touch for coffee. Hosts were responsive although the suite had everything we needed with clear instructions so did not need anything during our stay. Would deffinately consider to stay here again when we come back!

This was our first Airbnb stay and it was outstanding! Heather was so hospitable and the attention to detail was amazing! From the great communication to the thoughtful details of a personalized welcome card, to snacks, to ammenities she thought of everything, and I do mean everything! I work in customer service and it means alot when someone goes above and beyond for their guests. The cleanliness of the space was beyond my expectations, and I am picky! She was so kind and welcoming, we will definitely be back. We will be spoiled by this perfect experience, we just wish we had more time to enjoy the lovely back yard as well. Ammenities beyond compare should be the name of Heather's place! We will make up a reason to come to RI to stay here :-)

Went to Tom's place for a girl's trip and we had the best experience at his spot. His communication was fast and above and beyond what we were expecting, and his hospitality was bar none. He even was kind enough to offer us a late checkout so we could enjoy our last day. The beds were the most comfortable we have ever slept in in any air bnb, and incredibly clean linens and bedding. We walked in and immediately felt cozy and at home. Not one thing out of place and pristinely clean. Great attention to detail both inside and outside of the Purple Ape Escape! There was so much to do on the grounds, and we enjoyed the peace and quiet. Do not hesitate to book with Tom, you will be returning!

We had the most peaceful, relaxing weekend at lakeside landing! The house itself is a 10 out of 10, absolutely adorable and had everything we could possibly need. The bed was sooo comfy and the views are just amazing! We enjoyed paddling around the lake during the day and the fire pit and hot tub at night! We didn’t leave the house once!! Highly recommend:)

Great place! The apartment was spotless and had so many thoughtful touches—a charging station with multiple cords, snacks, toiletries, stamps and postcards, even a couple of cannolis when we arrived. We were impressed. They were also super responsive and friendly throughout our stay and checkout was very easy.
