We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Le Petit Cinq Ruffe. Caroline and Paul were excellent hosts and made us feel very welcome. Nothing was too much trouble. The property was lovely and met all our needs. The location was very rural and quiet; exactly what we had hoped for. The welcome included a lovely platter of local produce and delicious wine. We thoroughly enjoyed it! We would not hesitate to highly recommend this property.

Charlotte and Jérôme are very welcoming and available, everything is designed to make you feel good, the rental is very functional! Convenient self check-in and self check-out. The setting is very pleasant, no vis-à-vis or noise. The house is perfectly clean, the bedding comfortable. Very good stay, I recommend it!

The house is located in a quiet area in the middle of greenery and birds. It is independent of Christian and Christine's house located just behind. The house is very well equipped and comfortable inside and outside (garden furniture, deckchair, petanque court, etc.). We were warmly welcomed and Christian's advice was invaluable. We took advantage of the tranquility of the place and made many visits and walks in the surroundings. In short, a very pleasant stay and beautiful encounters.

We had a great stay at the Maison des Tilleuls. Cécile is very welcoming and we immediately felt at home. The house is nice with a large living room, which is nice because we were 3 couples. The garden is huge and very pretty. It's a haven of peace. It is fenced, which is appreciable with dogs. Several places with tables and garden furniture. Gourmet basket on arrival. Cozy accommodation in the heart of Périgord Noir in a peaceful environment. Beautiful area and magnificent terrace. Lydia and Julien are very friendly and despite a long holiday weekend, they insisted on coming to see if everything was okay for us. Welcome with a bottle of wine. Linen and sheets that smell wonderfully good. On the other hand, the WiFi is a little slow for teleworking. I recommend it.

Lovely, homely house in incredible location surrounded by vineyards and superb views. Pleasant 5 minute walk into St Emilion so we didn’t use the car all the time we were there. St Emilion is beautiful, with some excellent restaurants, interesting architecture and very nice people. Sophie was really nice and helpful, and went out of her way to make sure we had a great time - we really appreciated her letting us access the property early. We would definitely visit again.

Lovely place to spend a couple of nights on our trip round the region. Quiet, relaxing surroundings and the gîte had everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay, thank you.

We had a brilliant stay! Tosha and Robert were absolutely fantastic — friendly, responsive, and so thoughtful. The house itself was beautiful, spotless, and set in gorgeous surroundings. They went above and beyond to accommodate our 18-month-old, providing a stair gate, cot, and high chair, which made everything so much easier for us. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience — highly recommended!

Had a fantastic week at this beautiful gite. It's so peaceful, private and a perfect place to relax and unwind. It has been renovated to a very high standard and is absolutely spotless, comfortable and well equipped. We felt right at home here. We very much enjoyed the pool and the log burner (on a couple of chilly nights) and the ability to log into our Netflix account. The surrounding area is very beautiful, with lots of stunning villages and castles to visit. Anemone is a great host and really helpful and friendly. All in all, we could not have had a more perfect week and would definitely return.

Serge’s place is amazing. We spent a lovely 10 days there in May and it was exactly what we were looking for. It’s walking distance into the village which has everything you need, and the place itself is clean, well appointed and in a beautiful setting with its own lake. Serge was so responsive and kind to us during the stay too - he went the extra mile to make sure we enjoyed ourselves!

We had a great stay in this fabulous home equipped with everything you could dream of to spend pleasant moments with friends or family: a superb and large swimming pool, several terraces, and even a sauna. We really enjoyed the bucolic charm of the park and the birds singing in the early morning. A big thank you for sharing this little corner of paradise with us, which already makes us want to come back. Special mention to the warm welcome of our hosts who were adorable!

We loved our stay at Yolande's place, the garden was huge and pool area was a perfect place to relax with lovely views of the Dordogne. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. It was a short walk to the centre of Bergerac. Our dog loved the garden too.

Perfect stay at Lizzie and Pascal's. The place is beautiful and peaceful and the welcome is very friendly. Our little attic was very cozy and very pleasant! Perfect for our stay! The location is very central between Bergerac, Sarlat and Périgueux but also close to the beautiful different villages of the region. We had trouble leaving!

We had a wonderful, relaxing stay at Clos Castaing. Kayaking, paddle boarding and canoeing on the Dordogne. Cycling and visiting local vineyards and St Emilion. The house is full of character, spacious and a perfect, tranquil base.

Stunning! Yes the house is amazing and the space is well furnished and the material noble (wood and stone)… but for us it was the stunning views of the entire valleys and the bright stars in the jacuzzi at night which made this place unforgettable.

We had a lovely stay at Yolande's. The accommodation was faithful to the description, the amenities made you feel at home. The pool is located on another part of the house, but it is accessible when you want it. We had a small electricity problem and Yolande and her husband intervened very quickly to help us. They were very kind and recommended some visits to do in the area.

Beautiful quiet place with splendid view on top of a hill surrounded by a few kind of people. The hostess was very responsive and kind.

We had an utterly fabulous week at Magalie's lovely gite. Very tranquil settings, just the sounds of the birds and peace and quiet. The grounds were beautiful tended and the gite was immaculate and very well set out and equiped. The beds were memory foam I think and very comfortable and lots of hot water. Important things i think when looking for reviews. It rained most days but the heating was on and very comfortable. ,Magalie and her husband were very helpful and lovely hosts. We will book again xx

Very pleasant stay. The pavilion offered by Bernard is very comfortable; the rooms are bright, large. The sober and modern decor brings comfort and well-being. It is very well equipped . The bedding is of excellent quality, the linen clean. The perfectly enclosed garden allowed us to let our little girl play with few constraints, as well as our pets. The rental is ideally located, with walking access to a nautical base by the lake, very appreciable for children in particular. Around, the environment is safe, with little traffic. Similarly, a well-stocked supermarket is about a quarter of an hour's walk away. Bernard is a friendly, responsive, welcoming host. Finally, the historic center is close as well as the beautiful banks of the Dordogne, with restaurants and tourist activities at reasonable prices. Stay too short to discover this beautiful city, to be repeated. Thank you Bernard and Marie

Very peaceful & relaxing stay, lovely walk into Monpazier with nice restaurants. Thank you to Gillian for inviting me to go horse riding with her, it was absolutely wonderful, we will definitely be returning.

The accommodation at Domaine Du Bout De Monde was a soothing natural break and in total disconnection from the Internet (which was a big plus). As close as possible to the vineyards, 2 steps from a castle where activities for both adults and children are offered, located a few minutes from Bergerac, we had a perfect stay. The hosts are very welcoming and even offered us a bottle of red wine from their estate (excellent by the way) and were very accommodating with the departure time. Thank you very much.
