The most beautiful view from a holiday home we have ever seen, we really didn’t want to leave! The owners have thought of everything, from every cooking utensil, to loads of storage space, even deep drawers in the bathroom to store toiletries, beautiful cosy decor, very clean, very peaceful, just the sound of birds, most relaxing place we have ever stayed. We would have booked 2 weeks but we did a last minute holiday and had to move location after 1 week. Loads of info about local excursions and amenities in the area and also a house manual. Thankyou to the owners for quick response when messaged and thinking of everything one may need for a relaxing holiday.

Amazing stay! Perfectly located between Portree and Uig for exploring Skye. Our favorite part was actually the bed, we’ve stayed at many airbnbs where the bed is just not comfortable but here we slept so well and woke up refreshed. Plus the house was clean, cute, had everything we needed and help was local if we needed anything.

Great place...waking up right next to the large lake in Skye is an experince in itself. A fully equipped pod - plug and play place. A very cooperative host as well.

The Spoons was everything we wanted. The apartment has quality linens, towels, kitchenware, and furniture. Doug's attention to detail is over the top. 2 large books detailed instructions on the operation of everything in the apar area information. The welcome basket which included fruit, bread, milk, wine, etc was great. The kitchen is stocked with everything you could possibly need from a Nespresso machine to a pizza cutter. As others have said, the shower is amazing. We loved it so much that we are getting the exact same shower head for our bathroom. The location is great, close enough to Portree to be convenient but far enough away to be peaceful. As great as everything was, Doug's helpfulness put it over the top. We had a tire problem on a Saturday night. Doug called and arranged for someone to come out that evening to fix the problem. The repairman said he would be out the next day, Doug persisted and the guy was there in an hr. Do yourself a favor, stay here!
