From October to April, the house is intended for 4 people, as the 2 beds are in an unheated annex. Real holiday coziness. 200 m to a child-friendly beach. The water is perfect for fishing for trout and mackerel, among other things. The price does not include linen, cloths, dish towels, towels. This can be purchased for 75,- (10 euros) extra/person. Fristed på 96 m2. I haven er der en lille hyggelig bålplads og shelter med 2-3 sovepladser. Vi ligger tæt ved skov og strandeng, 300 m fra dejlig badestrand, 1 km fra Falsled Havn, Falsled Kro og en ret udemærket havnegrill: "Vandkanten". Vi er placeret lige på kanten af Svanninge Bakker, og området er meget velegnet til friluftsaktiviteter som vandring, løb, fiskeri og cykling. Øhavsstien, som er en 220 km. lang vandrerute rundt om hele det sydfynske Øhav starter ved Falsled Havn.

Huset er lyst og dejligt, indeholder køkken, stue, lille toilet m/brus, 1 lille soveværelse med dobbelt boksmadras (160x200), smal trappe op til hems med dobbelt madras og lille værelse med 2 senge (80x190) til børn. Dejlig terasse, der er grill, solvogne og havemøbler.

Welcome to our small, but cozy house with a retro charm and a tranquil atmosphere. Enjoy the house and the natural garden with fantastic views over the surrounding fields and forest. In the season feel free to gather as many apples, pears and grapes as you can eat. Located just outside Faaborg, our house is the perfect base to explore nature, culture and history. Enjoy scenic hikes, visit Faaborg and nearby castles and villages and explore the UNESCO heritage South Fyn Archipelago.

Unique 30 m2 Tiny House by the lake.

Cozy annexe, situated beautifully at Ollerup lake. The annex was built in 2021 with raw brick walls and wooden ceilings, which gives a very special atmosphere. There is a new 140x 200cm bed in the living room, as well as a loft with the possibility of 2 overnight guests. There is a private entrance, large wooden terrace and access to Ollerup lake and garden. You can borrow a rowing boat. Kitchen: There are two hotplates, fridge with small freezer, fully equipped kitchen.
