Large villa with beautiful garden close to shops, marina and beach. Private parking with the possibility to charge an electric car. With three large bedrooms - one of which is a children's room with four beds - the house is suitable for a family of up to eight people or two families who are on vacation together. There is a fully equipped kitchen/dining room. The garden has a large wooden terrace with dining area as well as a trampoline, fireplace and play equipment. The house is centrally located with only 500 meters to the beach, marina and pedestrian street.

With us, you will stay very close to both the city center, marina, beaches and the harbor environment around Svendborg Sund (5 min. walk). The charming 1900s house of 170 m2 offers three bright living rooms, an en-suite and a large dining kitchen. On the 1st floor there are three bedrooms (bed width: 180, 140, 120), and a lovely morning terrace. Full basement with possibility of extra bedding in the room. In the garden with fruit trees, bushes and lawn you will find an evening terrace. Toilet/bathroom on all floors. 2 parking spaces.

Enjoy the covered terrace with fireplace or garden, where the playhouse welcomes the children in the garden and the fireplace inspires coziness. Svendborg city center is only 15 minutes away on foot. 4 min to public bathing area or 3 min to small grass area with beach. The house has 3 floors with a toilet and bathroom on each floor. The rooms are distributed on 1 floor and in a high dry basement. There's plenty of room to be.

(Available if >2 adults). There is a small new kitchen with oven, 2 hobs, dishwasher, fridge and coffee machine (free capsules). There is free access to the garden, gas grill, simple outdoor kitchen and the lakes. Fishing licenses can be purchased online for DKK 50. Located in scenic surroundings between 2 lakes, close to Odense.

Gammelt idyllisk bindingsværkshus med havudsigt, egen strandgrund, stille uforstyrret have, en hyggelig pavillon, to brændeovne til de kølige perioder. Medbring sengetøj og håndklæder. Rengøring skal foretages. Huset efterlades samme stand som modtaget. Tæt på skov, gode vandreruter eller mountainbikespor i Svanninge Bakker. God fornøjelse - nyd Dyreborg skov, strand og vand - der findes ikke et bedre sted på Sydfyn. Det er ikke tilladt at holde fester eller andre større arrangementer.

Lige over Svendborgsundbroen overfor Svendborg ligger den hyggelige by Vindeby, hvor vi har vores skønne hus med en dejlig lukket have med plads til leg og hygge. Der er legeredskaber, fodboldmål og trampolin samt flere steder med borde og stole. Inde i huset er der også god plads. Der er 4 sovepladser fordelt på to senge/værelser samt mulighed for en weekendseng og en ekstra opredning på madras. Der er et veludstyret køkken med opvaskemaskine og spiseplads til seks voksne samt to højstole.

Centralt i Vester Skerninge ligger mit hyggelige røde bjælkehus. Fem minutters gang fra bus, brugs, apotek og pizzaria og samtidig naturskønt beliggende med udsigt ud over marker, skov og Syltemae Ådal. Huset ligger for enden af en lukket villavej og med Øhavsstien som nabo. Her er fred, ro og højt til himlen. Tre soveværelser. Dyner, hovedpuder, betræk og håndklæder er inkluderet. Et badeværelse, et gæstetoilet, bryggers, køkken og stue. Småt men godt. Alle aldre-venligt☺️

Large historic house from 1864, renovated and updated, located only 15-17 min. From Odense Centrum. The house is well kept and there is Easy room for 4 adults and 2 child and possible more by using the air-mattress and or sofa. The House has an Amazing location and There are Bikes for 2 adults and 2 children to use for free, to explorer the area! Please note that’s this is not a hotel nor should you expect 4 star accommodation but it is a nice large family home!

Vores træhus ligger på en dejlig naturgrund 12 km fra Odense centrum. Huset er 188 kvadratmeter og ligger ned til Odense Å, har egen skov og en stor have med køkkenhave, trampolin, høns, to katte samt træhule i et træ. I alt 30.000 m2 med plads til leg, ro og udendørsliv. Vi har ni høns, som skal have lidt mad - til gengæld kan I hente friske æg til jeres morgenmad. Kattene er både inde og ude og vil også gerne have lidt mad hver dag.

Svendborg city center, which is a really nice town, with lots of shops as well as cafes and restaurants, is about 1200 meters from our house.
