The place has the most gorgeous views and it is absolutely quiet - except for bird song. Perfect for relaxation. I went swimming in the pool every morning. We were able to explore Northern Tuscany, using La Lavanda as a base. One just has to be prepared for a pretty scary drive up and down the mountain. But one gets used to it. Sabrina welcomed us and was really, really helpful. Highly recommended.

We enjoyed our time in Lucca and are very grateful to our host Vanessa who was so kind and helpful. She kept in contact in the lead up to our arrival and was willing to be available to answer any questions during our stay , responding quickly on the occasion we needed to ask a question. She was available to show us around this beautiful accommodation which is a huge benefit . She provided a list of local recommendations which we used and were always happy and impressed by her suggestions. The accommodation is in a perfect location within the walls of the old town but only 15 mins walk from the station.On one of the many old and beautiful cobbled streets. The accommodation itself was spotless and comfortable with a beautiful terrace and fully equipped. We will definitely return and would recommend to our family and friends.

Een onvergetelijke ervaring. Een perfect verblijf om samen met je beste vrienden te boeken: een bijzonder sfeervol ingericht huisje met een zeer gezellige woonkeuken. Er stond zelfs een schaal met heerlijke verse eitjes voor het ontbijt voor ons klaar. Alles werkte en niets was kapot of verwaarloosd. Beide slaapkamers met aangrenzende badkamers perfect in orde. Zelden zo'n lekker bed gehad. Kraakhelder, fris en prima matrassen. Het uitzicht was echt fenomenaal. Daar hebben we zo van genoten. Het zwembad was helaas nog niet geopend, daarvoor waren we nog te vroeg in het seizoen. We komen hier zeker nog eens terug. Het was een prima uitvalsbasis voor de grotere steden in de omgeving. Kortom; wij hebben afgelopen 5 dagen optimaal genoten met z'n vieren! Zeker een aanrader en in alles de moeite dubbel en dwars waard.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt mit unseren Kindern sehr genossen. Man konnte in der ruhigen Umgebung wunderbar entspannen, während die Kinder gern auf dem Gelände gespielt haben. Die Unterkunft war liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Sehr zu empfehlen, wenn man Ruhe etwas abseits vom städtischen Trubel sucht.

Amazing host, location and home! The great listed building had a lift, which was very handy for our elderly parents, flat was beautifully furnitured with all amenities and more (better than pictures). Great communication from the host and had no problem with parking our car right in front of the building. Would definitely recommend and come back without any hesitation in the future!Thank you Veronica & family.❤️

The stay was perfect and one of the best stays that we have ever had. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. We also cooked, which we usually don’t do… So beautiful. A place to come back for. Highly recommended.

Anita ist eine sehr herzliche und aufmerksame Gastgeberin. Ihr Haus und das Grundstück sind ein ganz besonderer Ort voller liebevoller und auch lustiger Details. Es war sehr hundefreundlich und auch für unsere kleine Tochter gab es viel zum Staunen und Entdecken. Toll fanden wir, dass die Küche bereits mit Kaffe, Öl usw ausgestattet war. Die Lage ist auch super, Lucca ist schnell zu erreichen. Es war ziemlich hellhörig, das hat uns aber nicht so gestört.

Absolutely perfect stay! This place is pure magic and Lola was so sweet meeting us to check in, giving us great local recommendations, assisting with a taxi service, and even a bottle of Prosecco upon our arrival. 10/10 would recommend for a relaxing getaway. By far our favorite spot during our 3 week trip and we can’t wait to visit again one day!

My husband, four kids & I all stayed at Mara’s as a base to see Florence, Pisa and other surrounding areas. On top of being a picturesque location, their home was tidy, welcoming and charming. We got to their home later than anticipated, yet they waited on & welcomed us warmly, with understanding and patience. The internet and porch light were out when we got there, but were fixed in a timely manner. I would highly recommend their beautiful home in the mountains to anyone looking for a lovely stay in Italy.

Francesco picked us up from the train station and drove us to our apartment. He walked us through everything in the apartment. He even came back later to assist us to get in when I couldn't work the key. Very friendly, responsive and helpful. The apartment was large, well equipped with good cooking facilities and washing machine. The apartment was a 2 minute walk from the historic city wall and bars and restaurants, great location.

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful place. The view was absolutely breathtaking – waking up to the stunning Tuscan landscape was a true highlight. Communication with our host was smooth and friendly, and the check-in process was super easy. Unfortunately, we had to leave a bit earlier than planned due to health reasons, but that didn’t take away from the wonderful experience. Thank you for your hospitality!

Our stay with Miriam was absolutely wonderful! Right from the start, the personal welcome made a big difference – Miriam was always available and greeted us in person, which was such a nice and rare touch these days. The apartment is beautifully and lovingly decorated, with so much attention to detail. We were especially impressed to find a thoughtful selection of basics already in the fridge – something you don’t see often! We felt completely at home – it honestly felt just like our own place. Without a doubt, this was the best Airbnb experience we’ve had in over 10 years! Thank you so much, Miriam – we’d love to come back!

Ottimo appartamento in centro a Forte è vicino alle spiagge. PRO: - Appartamento nuovo, pulito e ben organizzato - Posizione eccellente nel cuore del paese - Host reattivo: c’era un problema con la doccia e nel giro di 20 minuti sono venuti ed è stato risolto Punti di miglioramento: - Le persiane della camera lasciano entrare molta luce - La casa si trova in area ZTL bisogna prestare molta attenzione alle indicazioni di Francesca per non incorrere in una multa

L'alloggio molto bello ed ospitale, spazio esterno semplicemente da sogno. Non saprei trovare un lato negativo, Matilde è stata molto chiara, gentile e sopratutto disponibile. Consigliato al 100%!

Een heel mooi appartement met alles wat je nodig hebt. 2 badkamers, woonkamer en 1 slaapkamers allemaal voorzien van airconditioning. Top bedden. Alles was goed aan het huis, ook de plek dichtbij treinstation en 15 min lopen naar strand. Geweldige locatie. Als we ooit weer naar Viareggio gaan, komen we zeker hier terug!! We had a great time in Lido Di Camaiore. Iacopo's appartment is superb. Located one block from the beach (literally 2 minutes), it was ideal to walk to and from the beach. From the penthouse appartment, you have a great view on the Ocean and the beach. It's comfy with 2 full bathrooms and 2 large rooms. The pictures are representative of the appartment. Thanks!

Die Auffahrt ist zwar etwas abenteuerlich, aber es lohnt sich. Wir haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt, die Wohnung ist super eingerichtet und hat rin tolles Bad. Der Ausblick ist atemberaubend und die Mühe der Auffahrt wert. Der Jacuzzi ist ein besonderes Highlight. Die Nachbarwohnung ist etwas hellhörig, aber ansonsten ist es sehr ruhig und friedlich. Mirella ist unglaublich freundlich und antwortet sehr schnell. Wir können den Gastgeber und die Wohnung wärmstens empfehlen.

We spent a week in this amazing place. Very clean accommodation, friendly hosts, I definitely recommend visiting the sauna. There is a very beautiful waterfall nearby. The house has its own territory. The hosts have impeccable taste, everything was provided.

Voor de derde keer mochten we verblijven in het Family Guest house bij Andrea en zijn familie, de ontvangst was zoals gewoonlijk gastvrij en liefdevol. We hebben hier een paar dagen gewerkt en ook daarvoor is het een uitstekende locatie. Verder is het huis een prima uitvalsbasis voor een wijntour, bezoek aan de mooiste plekken en steden in Toscane en het ligt een kleine drie kwartier van de kust. Een toplocatie!

Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt! Die Unterkunft war sauber, gemütlich und mit allem ausgestattet, was wir gebraucht haben. Alles lief reibungslos, gerne wieder!

Un esperienza fantastica, l'alloggio era pulito e ben fornito (una cucina da far invidia a quelle di casa), immerso nella natura e nella tranquillità. Gentilissimi i gestori. Veramente un posto in cui tornare.
