Loved the place! It was clean & cozy! Check-in was a breeze & Mindy was very responsive when I had questions before and after I booked. I would definitely recommend staying here & we will be back next time!

An absolutely outstanding location! The cottage is wonderfully secluded, providing a peaceful and quiet atmosphere. Inside, everything was impeccably clean and well-maintained. I must note, the king-size bed in the main bedroom was incredibly comfortable and you need to experience the master bathroom shower! The hot tub was perfect! Spotless and well taken care of. You can unwind in the hot tub while enjoying the sounds birds and nature. Amber exemplifies the perfect host! She was very responsive and courteous, checking in via the AirBNB chat to make sure we had everything we needed. Our entire stay was flawless! We were sad to leave and return home, but we can't wait to book again! Thanks for having us!

Loved this place! Will definitely be back! Had way more amenities for comfort than other places we have stayed. Location was great - one of the best trips we have taken!

Teresa & John have created an incredible respite that has every amenity you could imagine. The home is filled with so many beautiful touches A well stocked Kitchen was great fun! Bed linens and pillows were the most comfortable we have ever encountered. The outdoor spaces: fire pit, screened porch, hot tub and grill were incredible. We enjoyed the provided water sports equipment that could easily be carried one block up to the public pier. Words cannot adequately describe how welcomed we felt! Thank you so very much for your hospitality and generosity.

Cozy stay. Very clean and well stocked- right down to beach stuff and bathrobes! We did feel the beach wasn’t really walkable. (With all your stuff)…but it was a super quick and easy drive. She was very quick respond to any messages. We would definitely return to this rental!

Absolutely loved our stay! The house was gorgeous, spotless, and packed with amenities—better than we could’ve hoped for. The property itself was beautiful, and the check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow. Everything about the experience was top-notch. Highly recommend!

We would stay here again in a heartbeat! Very close to the beach, quick drive (2 minutes maybe) with access to free parking. The place was clean, peaceful and my family enjoyed it so much. Fran was always responsive with any questions we had and even checked in on us via text halfway through the trip to see if we had any questions or concerns. Highly recommend!

What a great place to stay. This bay front cottage was very clean, spacious yet cozy and inviting. Great colors and tasteful decor really locked in the salt life vibe. We enjoyed breath taking sunsets over the bay. Time on the deck was peaceful and serene. The fire pit out back was a great touch. We would return and highly recommend this place for your stay in the Fairhope area.

We had a great vacation in Gulf Shores and David’s cottage was awesome! Great location, super comfortable beds, well equipped with everything you could possibly need and so close to walk to the beach. All the beach equipment and toys were such a great touch… our grandkids loved the pool too! We enjoyed sitting on the deck in the mornings and afternoons as it got great shade and breezes! David was so nice, helpful and very responsive! You can’t go wrong by staying at The United We Sand!

We had a great trip.! Extremely accommodating for our family of four. We came for a fishing trip. They have kayaks we all enjoyed taking out to the bay. Caught several different types of fish, and even seen some dolphins one evening. Far enough away for a peaceful vacation, yet close enough to drive to the beach for the other fishing we did. Great stay.! Fantastic hosts.!

We had such a pleasant stay! The home was exactly as described—clean, quiet, and beautifully maintained. The hosts were incredibly kind and accommodating, always quick to respond and helpful with local tips.

We had a great stay in Dauphin Island! Loved how centrally located Karin's place was to everything on the island. We brought our bikes and had easy access to both east and west ends of the island and were able to walk to several restaurants right from the house as well as the beach! The house is located on a very quiet street, was clean and spacious and provided everything we needed to work (great internet) and cook/enjoy the island for the week!

Tara was quick to respond if I had any questions. We arrived in town a little early and she made it easy for us to check in. Neighborhood was very quiet and Tara’s place looks just as it does in the pictures. Thanks Tara

We had a blast and this location was perfect. Great waterfront location with a great restaurant on property. The house was very clean and perfect. Absolutely no issues and will be booking this house for our trip next year

A wonderful stay in a peaceful space- beautiful area where we were able to walk in the mornings and rest after having fun in Fairhope all day :) Wonderful, helpful and CLEAR communication with our hosts. Would love to stay again.

Fredrick is a fantastic host. He made the stay very enjoyable with his responsiveness and fast actions. His home is at an amazing location to get to downtown. The house itself is a well maintained historic shotgun house 2 blocks from Government St. I look forward to staying there again in the future.

We had the best stay at YaMar. The cottage was stocked with all the things we would need for our stay (towels, toilet paper, cooking supplies, beach wagons, chairs and umbrellas, etc). We were very happy with the proximity to the beach that was directly across the street. The pool right down from the house was a huge hit with my kids. We also enjoyed watching the sunset on the dock and swinging on the swings. There were plenty of restaurants and grocery stores within a short drive. The host was a great communicator and extremely accommodating. We highly recommend staying here!

The house has a wonderful deck to sit in the shade and listen to the waves, we spent all our of evenings there. Very short walk to the beach, there were beach chairs for us to use at the house which was very helpful! The outdoor lights weren’t working which made walking up/down the stairs at night difficult however Bridgett was very responsive about that small issue! Tacky jacks and Sassy Bass are located close to the house (~10 minutes) so you don’t have to drive 30 minutes back to town when you want to go out! Overall great stay!

Price was perfectly in line with the cabin. Had a great time thought was well worth the value for our money. If they can improve on anything, it would be the sleeping layout as the bunkbeds for the children are on the lower level with the bedrooms for the adults are upstairs. We had a little kids so we had a little kids stay in the bedroom with mom and dad instead of the lower bunk beds.

This was the perfect house for our family vacation! The home was spotless, beautifully maintained, and offered stunning views with easy access to the beach. We especially appreciated that we didn’t have to pack up our entire house just to enjoy a week by the water—this place had everything we needed! From body boards and beach chairs to umbrellas, sand toys, a cooler, and even a beach wagon (my husband’s favorite!), everything was thoughtfully provided. It made our days at the beach effortless and fun. We truly didn’t want to leave. We visit Gulf Shores often, and we've officially found our go-to rental. We’ll definitely be back!

The location was perfect with great view of the bay and an area to walk right out and put in your kayak. Little Dolphin Island was visible from the shore. We enjoyed kayaking over to the little island. We also enjoyed walks in the bird sanctuary’s, concerts and of course beach. The house had nice accommodations for our stay. The deck and patio below are both nice. We enjoyed playing pool on the pool table. It was also enjoyable to watch the squirrels and birds from the deck

We loved the convenient location of the house, and loved how new and clean it was. We could walk to most locations from the house. We had never been to Dauphin Island, and our trip was everything we hoped it would be! We did not cook, but were happy to have a fridge and kitchen table.
