Apartment on the second floor of a villa at an altitude of 1,500 m with a wonderful view of the Dolomites, which have been declared a World Heritage Site. It is suitable for couples with children or for groups of up to 4 people. I offer a bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, and living room. The house is located on the road that leads to the Venezia mountain hut, where there is access to the summit of Mount Pelmo at 3,168 m. From there, on clear days, you can see the Venice lagoon. For those who can't climb, there is a trail that goes around the mountain.

An attic, inside a seventeenth-century barn at 1500 meters, overlooking the mountains and renovated in 2023 with antique woods and local stones. The apartment consists of a dining area with an equipped kitchen, as well as a large living room with a fireplace and a large sofa bed, a comfortable bathroom with a shower and a "refuge" with 2 additional beds. Apartment located in the Rododendro Residence, in the locality of Passo San Pellegrino, in the municipality of Moena (Tn), a pass that connects Falcade (Bl) to Moena. It is 1,918m above sea level, in a site with excellent snow cover, with downhill ski facilities 150 meters away and within walking distance, and the cross-country ski track just across the road. Great starting point for wonderful excursions. It is often used by my family as well, so we want it to be welcoming.
