5 rooms available, about 120 m2, homy and relaxing area. Two floors and 4 bed rooms. 1 bathroom and 1 separate toilette. Bed linen and bath towels are all available and included in the price. There is a 30 m2 terrasse/platform in front of the house with an amazing view to Laax, Vally and the mountains. The house is good for couples, solo adventurers, groups and families (with kids). We have two baby beds, high chair and a basket full of toys available for families with kids. You are welcome!

Come and relax in our homey, spacious and fully-equipped apartment with breathtaking mountain views, south-facing balcony and a rustic fireplace. Whether you are looking for a well-located base for all sorts of winter sports in one of Switzerland's leading ski resorts, a fun break with friends or a place to get away from it all, "Casa Tschut" is the place to be! Suitable for 4-8 people and vacations all year around. Three parking lots in a shared garage, but also reachable via public transport.

In the winter you can ski in and out of the house. For the little kids there is a free bus stop to get to the lift. The Summer in Flims is exiting, sporty and healthy. Our house is right on the piste of Flims/Laax. The place has a fantastic view across Flims that never bores. It's a short walk to the village. In the winter there is also a free bus. In the village you can do the shopping or have dinner in the best restaurants. The house is fully equipped. In the garage is space for two cars.

Cozy mountain hut in Laax, right on the ski slope. In summer, it is ideal for hiking, mountain biking or relaxing. No Wi-Fi, no TV – perfect for switching off. Enjoy the tranquility, no traffic noise and the fantastic view of the valley. Whether an active vacation or simply relaxing in the hammock: here you will experience pure nature. Note: In winter during the ski season you cannot drive directly to the house. I will be happy to provide more information on arrival in winter on request.

A cozy apartment in the middle of the magnificent Surselva. In winter, you can reach the slopes of the Weissen Arena Flims-Laax in a few minutes and enjoy the sun. In summer, the nearby golf course or the countless hiking and biking routes invite you to be explored. Apartment was newly renovated in 2023 to the most modern standard and is now available for the first time holiday guests. The apartment is ideally suited for a couple or a small family!
