Small Paradise above the Walensee

Guests have a separate apartment with their own kitchen, bath and living room but they share the same entrance to the house with the owner. All the surroundings of the house can be used by the guests. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, electric stove, cooking utilities (inclusive herbs, vinegar and oil) cutlery and tableware. Food needs to be brought by the guests. The nearest store is a 30min drive away. A Fondue-Set is available upon request. There is also a Nespresso machine inclusive capsuls and an open fire place right next to the house. The main bedroom includes a double bed (1.40m) and there is another separate room with a single bed, inclusive bedding. The bathroom comes with towels, shampoo, shower gel and a hair dryer.

Apartment in Obersaxen/Mundaun (Flond)

Welcome to Flond (Obersaxen/Mundaun), a centrally located village (5 min. from Ilanz) in the Bündner Bergen. In summer hikes around the mountains, bathing in the surrounding lakes (Rufalipark, Davos Munts, Lake Cauma, Lake Cresta) and the perfect place to relax. Mountain bike enthusiasts are also taken care of, many great trails are waiting for you. In winter, beautiful ski slopes await you in the Obersaxen/Mundaun area and a cross-country ski run is also located directly in the village.

The studio with balcony is perfect for 2 - 3 people and offers enough space for a nice vacation week with a large bedroom and living room. The studio is also characterized by its central location in Laax village with shopping and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. The ski bus stop to the mountain railway (Laax Murschetg) is right in front of the house. It only takes 5 minutes to get to the valley station with the free ski bus. It couldn't be easier!

In summer, the nearby golf course or the countless hiking and biking routes invite you to be explored. Apartment was newly renovated in 2023 to the most modern standard and is now available for the first time holiday guests. The apartment is ideally suited for a couple or a small family!

Our house is located in a small mountain village in the middle of the Glarus mountains near Elm. The apartment is right in the host's house. Part of the garden belongs to the apartment. A gas grill is available for our guests for exclusive use. Free parking by the house. We care about the well-being of our guests. Throughout the year, there are many different activities in this region. There's something for everyone.

The apartment is ideal for winter sports enthusiasts, because the valley station of Falera and the village bus stop are just a few steps away. The shops are 200 meters away. The Flims Laax Falera region is a large recreation area with many sporting and cultural activities. In winter, there are 28 modern ski lifts and 224 kilometers of award-winning slopes as well as a wide range of culinary delights.
