A newly built apartment with 203m2 of living space. South & West facing balconies with 32m2, with great views of the mountains to the South and up to Craap San Gion. Wifi Internet, IPTV, and Netflix as standard. Integrated Sonos sound system. iPad digitally controlled lighting, window blinds & multi-media.

5 rooms available, about 120 m2, homy and relaxing area. Two floors and 4 bed rooms. 1 bathroom and 1 separate toilette. Bed linen and bath towels are all available and included in the price. There is a 30 m2 terrasse/platform in front of the house with an amazing view to Laax, Vally and the mountains. The house is good for couples, solo adventurers, groups and families (with kids). We have two baby beds, high chair and a basket full of toys available for families with kids. You are welcome!

Cozy mountain hut in Laax, right on the ski slope. In summer, it is ideal for hiking, mountain biking or relaxing. No Wi-Fi, no TV – perfect for switching off. Enjoy the tranquility, no traffic noise and the fantastic view of the valley. Whether an active vacation or simply relaxing in the hammock: here you will experience pure nature. Note: In winter during the ski season you cannot drive directly to the house. I will be happy to provide more information on arrival in winter on request.

The Falera valley station is within walking distance or can be reached by shuttle bus. A chairlift leads directly to the ski area of Flims-Laax-Falera. You can drive back to the house up to 50 m if there is enough snow. There is a Volg, several restaurants, an observatory, a ski school and one of the oldest chapels in Switzerland.
