There is a 30 m2 terrasse/platform in front of the house with an amazing view to Laax, Vally and the mountains. The house is good for couples, solo adventurers, groups and families (with kids). We have two baby beds, high chair and a basket full of toys available for families with kids. You are welcome!

In summer hikes around the mountains, bathing in the surrounding lakes (Rufalipark, Davos Munts, Lake Cauma, Lake Cresta) and the perfect place to relax. Mountain bike enthusiasts are also taken care of, many great trails are waiting for you. In winter, beautiful ski slopes await you in the Obersaxen/Mundaun area and a cross-country ski run is also located directly in the village.

The chalet stands alone on a large meadow less than 1000 steps from the village center. If you use everything, you have complete peace, a south-facing view of mountains from east to west and all the important starting points close by: shopping for everyday things, the chairlift valley station from Falera to the Weiße Arena and restaurants. The free village shuttle stops right in front of the house and the ski slope extends almost to the house.

Our panorama view apartment is situated right next to the ski lift and slopes in Falera. It is brigt and sunny with a stunning view of the valley, the village and the mountains. the stove in the living area is the center of cosy winter evenings. During summer you can enjoy a bbq on the balcony, while watching the beautiful alpenglow on the surrounding mountain peaks. The backery and cafe is rigth opposite and the supermarket 500 meters away.

The apartment (30 m²) is part of a single-family home, which was completed in December 2018 and has its own entrance. The apartment has a new kitchen incl. a dishwasher, as well as full equipment to prepare magical menus. Shuttle to the mountain railways, Laax, Falera, Fidaz, Bargis in max. 5 minutes, Caumasee is a 15-minute walk away.
