Greetings, it's me, an old house in a quiet secluded location at 1,250 meters above sea level, surrounded by forest and nature. In a few minutes you will be on the Turracher Höhe. In the valley, the thermal baths and the golf course await you. I prefer it when you stay with me and take care of yourself. Knusperhäuschen next to Bad Kleinkirchheim

Small hut at the foot of the Nockberge, on the edge of the village of St. Margarethen and the wild stream of the same name, at about 1,100 meters above sea level! Distances: 6 km to Bad Kleinkirchheim, 12 km to the Heidi Alm, 15 km to the Turracher Höhe. Direct connection to hiking trails! Important: Self-catering cabin - You must bring bedsheets, blanket and cushion covers, and towels!! There will be no final cleaning fee, so please leave the place clean and swept!

The chalet is located at an altitude of 1720 m, has a sauna and is accessible by car all year round. For summer vacationers, there are hiking and mountain biking opportunities. Lake Ossiach can be reached in 25 minutes by car. In winter you are in the middle of the Gerlitzen ski resort. The chairlift of the Wörthersee descent is a 2-minute walk away. Ski tours or snowshoe hikes along the snow-covered ski slopes or in the forest are also popular.
