A stones throw from the Fal Estuary and a 10 minute walk into the bustling and vibrant town centre, 15 mins to the train station and regular bus routes pass the door. Numerous eateries and pubs and shops are only a short walk from Herons Rest.

With its location & views it makes a great escape and is equipped for guests seeking a stylish getaway. Free on-road parking which isn't guarranteed directly outside the premises. As a listed property it’s quirks make it unable to store bikes/wheelchairs owing to fire regulation access.

First floor, two-bedroom apartment with a delightful view across Falmouth Harbour and the Carrick Roads. Melwyn at the rear of 8 Avenue Road is a newly built first floor apartment providing all the essentials as well as some little luxuries for a relaxing break by the sea. Located just a five minute walk away from Gyllyngvase beach in one direction and Falmouth Marina and town in the other it is perfectly located for enjoying and exploring the local area without any need to get in the car. The local train station is a two minute walk away and provides a service to Truro and beyond.

A stylishly furnished king-sized annex with its own private entrance. The room is at the back of our Victorian townhouse with its own ensuite shower room and private outdoor space. It is located in central Falmouth close to the town centre, beaches, stations and some of the university campus buildings. It is ideal for couples, parents visiting their kids at uni and business travelers. On-street parking is free. Garden sauna available on request Oct-March for £15ph.

Peaceful Barn with Sea Views near Falmouth

Keynvor is a bright, airy barn conversion in a small farm complex which formerly belonged to the National Trust. The farmhouse dates from the 1650s and the barns from the 19th century. The garden affords fabulous ocean views, and is a sun trap when the weather co-operates. There is a gentle 10-15 minute walk through woodland to the nearest beach, which is on the South West Coast Path, and it is possible to walk to Falmouth or Helford Passage along the coast.

In the opposite direction just a 10 minute walk you will find The Blue Flag Gyllyngvase Beach and popular beach cafe with indoor/outdoor seating, a bakery, takeaway cafe and paddle board hire. The annexe is also situated a 10 minute walk from the popular end of Falmouth town centre and Events Square, where there are many places to eat/drink.
