Three minutes from the Quayside and high street, the Hideaway offers the perfect bolthole. Tucked down a side passage in the heart of old Falmouth. It was historically part of a Mariner's cottage with low ceilings, slate floors and original ships' timbers. The Hideaway has its own private accommodation and much-valued allocated parking. Spacious, self contained, one bedroom apartment. Bright and modern basement flat to an attractive Edwardian townhouse situated just minutes walk from the train station, the beach and the town itself. Driveway parking and private entrance. Fully equipped kitchen including Nespresso machine, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and all the utensils and crockery you’ll need. Please note, access to the property is down a set of steps and may not be suitable for infirm guests.

My cottage is very special. It's full of character: beams, slate and wood floors, comfortable furniture, it has a real cosy cottage feel. It's a calm oasis in the hub of Falmouth. Yet walk to the beaches and all the delights of this fun seaside town. There are Festivals here all through the year. The Oyster Festival in October. River Fal Walking Festival, Cider and Folk Festival (May) Beer Festival (Autumn), Craft fairs, race sailing weekends in August and the famous Sea Shanty Festival.

One small note, there is a beer garden nearby, it's rare, but there can be noise. Normally only an issue if you're trying to sleep with the windows open.
