Holiday rentals with breakfast in Falmouth

What a gem! This family of readers had a lovely time at the “Reading Room.” Joseph was easy to communicate with and quick to respond. Wonderful to have breakfast basket with eggs, milk, tea, bread, etc as we arrived late. Easy to park at nearby free lot, with two grocery shops a short walk away. Great trails for walking (or running) nearby - felt very safe early in the morning or late in the evening. Kitchen is well equipped. Would recommend renting a car if you’re coming from out of the country to explore all the beautiful local spots. Plan to bring beach towels & shampoo, conditioner. Highly recommend!

Easy check in with clear instructions. House was very clean. Space on driveway to park our Ford Kuga (Escape). Charging was also available from the driveway. 5 min walk to private beach and coastal running/walking path. 10 min walk to Charlestown. Kids room with bunk beds, kids books, and toys in the under stairs closet. This place was perfect for our small family, including our 4 year old and my parents. Coffee maker and well stocked kitchen. 5 min drive to ASDA. Simple check out. Overall, a great stay. Would definitely stay here again.

Had a brilliant time staying at Susie's house. Great location with a wonderful view and a lovely room. Susie was very friendly and helpful, and the vegan breakfast was delicious. A bonus was the four gorgeous dogs who were really friendly in the morning. Highly recommended!

Matt’s house was lovely, comfortable, very clean and a great location for our first stay in Cornwall. The shower downstairs is a great bonus from Sandy days at the beach and where we all showered to be honest :-) kids loved their rooms too and had no problem sleeping after a full day of fun and the football table got our competitive natures going a few times too! Lots of space throughout the house and good use of a utility room with washing machine and dryer too. Beach is only a short walk away and the little village itself is quaint with great bakery’s (st Agnes bakery and further up round by the Spar a cute place called Martina’s which do amazing french paste ties too on certain days!) you must try the Peterville arms pub/restaurant opposite - staff are soooo friendly and food delicious and plentiful :-) We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend to families for a comfortable, clean, home away from home stay. Thank you Matt and family for your little Cornwall gem :-)

We all had a fantastic time at Ocean’s Edge. Exactly what we wanted being right next to the beach. Perfect for the children and our dog. Friendly and helpful neighbours. Would definitely come back again. Thank you.

Wonderful place to stay to relax and explore the many attractions around the Lizard peninsular. Beautiful spacious home with a dog-friendly garden, comfortable and really well equipped for guests. Diana was a kind and welcoming host with great advice on local activities and a big folder of local info, walks, places to eat etc. We loved Helford, Porthallow, Lizard point and Kynance Cove especially. And the characterful pub at Manaccan. We’d love to stay again. Thank you Diana!

Great place to stay, so close to local amenities and Lostwithiel was a great base for us to explore the rest of Cornwall! The flat was super clean and cosy, easy to find, and had everything we needed.

Michelle was the perfect host and the studio apartment absolutely idyllic. I was attending a pottery course a few minutes walk, so a perfect location. The breakfast was soooo yummy and the little extra touches very thoughtful. The accommodation is spotlessly clean; bed really comfy giving a great nights sleep; shower was fabulous. Any questions I had, Michelle responded straight away, you couldn't hope or wish for anything more. I completely recommend both Michelle as a host and her accommodation (there is also a self catering cabin) without hesitation.

We had a very comfortable stay at Elaine’s place. Perfect size and location for a short visit to Truro. It’s a downstairs apartment but very fresh feeling, good lighting and clean. Having a small fridge, kettle and place settings were nice to have for coffee and simple breakfast. Hot shower and mirror with shelves in the bathroom for storage. Would recommend it to others!

A peaceful and homely living space, walking distance from the centre of Penzance. David and Lizzie were really friendly and allowed us to check our bags in of before check in.

What a lovely place. The location was excellent with beautiful views and very close to everything. Debbie and John have thought of everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible with extra touches like a welcome pack of provisions. Would highly recommend this apartment.

Wow! We loved this place so much. We felt at home immediately. The apartment was beautifully decorated, walking distance to the beach & surf boards right on the patio. Local e bikes to hire made getting around even easier than expected too. Peter was really helpful with finding the best surf spots for the weather conditions & even stocked us with some tea, coffee & cereal, that was greatly appreciated. We really did loved it here & would definitely stay here again when we come to Newquay. The perfect stay. Thank you Peter.

Very comfortable apartment, nicely decorated, with everything I needed. It's very well placed - at the top of the shopping area and less than 10 minutes walk from the train station. Chris was friendly and helpful, meeting me on arrival and showing me round, making me feel welcome - thank you! There was even a very thoughtful selection of food (milk, bread etc) waiting for me, so I could just relax and enjoy my stay. Thank you so much, Chris, for making my holiday so comfortable. I would definitely recommend this place and would visit again.

Sue and Chris are fantastic hosts, very friendly, accommodating and just a joy to be around! The communication with them was excellent, they are very responsive and helpful with any queries and they made suggestions, too. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious, we were off to a good start every morning. Shout out to Chris for the chats and the music! :) The location is great, in beautiful surroundings and the house has a very cheerful vibe, is clean and comfy and is very close to the local centre (a two-minute walk) with a great selection of restaurants. They were keen to help with our broken down car too which alleviated the stress of it. Fruitcake, their cute and friendly cat was the cherry on the cake! :)

Extremely pretty , spotlessly clean, incredibly kind and friendly hosts . Allowed us to store our bicycles in their garage ( we were riding west kernow way . Top class breakfast and choices . I left my water bottles accidentally on the wall outside , and robin tried ringing me , left a voicemail and even walked down the road to find us and let us know . Thank you so much ! .

Staying at Crean Mill was a joy from start to finish- Grace and Steve strike the perfect balance of the friendly personal touch with giving you space and privacy…. The scones and cream were a delightful extra treat on arrival and the system of leaving the cool box with a delicious breakfast outside the room at a time that suits you works a treat. The room was beautifully furnished with everything you need and the garden is absolutely beautiful. We had a peak at the Shepherds Hut as well, which is also available to rent, and that was just as beautiful and very private. Our visit was based around a trip to the Minack Theatre and it was the perfect location for this, but also a great spot for visiting Penzance and Sennen Cove. Very good local recommendations from Grace and Steve as well. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend!!!!

We only stayed one night but it’s a lovely place to stay. The property description is accurate and we found it clean, tidy and with breakfast provided (croissants, grapes, milk, muesli, butter, jam, tea & coffee). Claire was very friendly and responsive. The property is very close to Truro and Nancarrow Farm (which is why we chose to stay there). Good recommendations for restaurants too. Be sure to look at the instructions for finding the property as the satnav won’t take you directly there based on post code.

Spent a lovely 4 nights in order to celebrate our honeymoon. Our room was spotless and we appreciated having the use of our own breakfast/living area. The location and the accommodation were absolutely idyllic.

The space is well located. The room is located on the quiet side so you can hardly hear anything. The breakfast was sufficient and delicious. Personally, the bed was too hard, but everything else around it was great. I was able to move freely and it was very clean in my premises. Betty was very nice and I was able to exchange ideas with her very well.

What a fantastic place to stay. location of the house was great for what we needed and wanted.....We stayed in the lookout room.....the space was fantastic, beds were comfy and linen smelt amazing. The view from the room was great, we sat watching the wildlife for a few hours. Tea and coffee supplied with a kettle in the room which was great.....and the breakfast...well....it was amazing, great amount of choice to choose from and was super tasty. Lovely watching the wildlife in the garden whilst having breakfast. Michele was very welcoming and great to chat to about the local area and travelling etc. So all in all, if you need a place to stay we'd certainly recommend this gem of a place. Thanks for having us.

Absolutely loved my stay here! The location was perfect, the space was spotless, and the breakfast each morning was a lovely touch. Also, the host was quite hospitable, she asked for breakfast preferences and made sure we get it when we want to have! Would definitely recommend it -5 stars!!!
