Easy walk to Maenporth beach, & the Helford River, and also Bream Cove, a fabulous place to swim. 10 mins drive into Falmouth. Little Bream has a fully equipped kitchen, very comfortable superking size bed, amazing shower. Distant sea view from the bedroom, a garden/BBQ area and is set in 2 acres of garden. Bright, spacious flat near sandy beach & Falmouth

My place is close to a sandy beach with beautiful coastal walks right outside the flat & sea views less than a minute away .Maenporth beach is a 5 min walk down the hill with a lovely cafe overlooking the sea & Falmouth is about a 10 minute drive away . It is a ground floor ,non smoking flat and no pets are allowed. All linen & bedding (low allergenic)is provided . It's a great place for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers or families. You need a car to fully enjoy the area.

Springmoor, a newly designed, spacious, hi spec annexe, was originally designed for my brother who suffered from MND. It is fully accessible. It's a bright and sunny space, in a delightfully tranquil area. Our southeast-facing verandah is an ideal spot on sunny mornings for breakfast and relaxing. The location is ideal for Helford River, Falmouth town and beaches. Walking from here, you can reach part of Port Navas Creek within 20 minutes and further on to the coast path and coves.
