You have great unhindered views of the harbour and Carrick roads through all of the windows. The Castle and Gyllyngvase beach and within easy walking distance. Also the ferry pier is only a minutes walk back up church street. Falmouth is a University town, and so vibrant and diverse, it can be loud at weekends and during the many events such as The Oyster festival, Falmouth week, Carnival and Shanty Week. (The full double glazing does help)
