A small charming guest house (30 sqm) located on a nature plot secluded from the main house is rented out for longer and shorter periods. The cottage is perfect for two people (double bed 180 cm ), if you are more, there is an extra bed that works fine for a child. Kitchenette (fridge, freezer, stove, oven, microwave) where there is equipment for cooking simple meals. One bathroom with shower and toilet. No separate bedroom but it is open between the sleeping part and kitchen/dining area. Free parking is about 500 m away from the house.

In few square meters we have created a smart and modern compact living where we take care of each square meter. There is the possibility to take walks in a rural setting or just take it easy on the private patio (40 m2) with its own hot tub. The accommodation - Hyllie station (where Emporia shopping center is located) it takes 12 minutes by bus. Hyllie station - Copenhagen center takes it 28 min by train.

The plot is a large forest plot that offers privacy even from the main house. Within walking distance, there are several restaurants, grocery stores and Falsterbo's small center with older buildings and a church from the 14th century. Three golf courses are within a ten-minute drive. Falsterbo is also a center for bird watching.

The cottage has a modern bathroom and kitchen and a cozy, south-facing terrace. The cottage has a heat pump/air conditioning and is winterized. Close to the sea, restaurants, shops and golf courses. Gästhuset är dimensionerat för 4 personer, med en dubbelsäng och två enkelsängar på ovanvåningen, dock finns det även en skön soffa på nedanvåningen att sova i, vilket gör att jag accepterar 5 gäster

Welcome to our lovely garden house in Skanör, close to some of Sweden’s best beaches. The guesthouse is fully equipped with most things you would need and you have free parking on our driveway just outside. In summer you have access to garden furniture and a small bbq.
