One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

The house is in a quiet residential area and is 3 minutes walk to bus stop and village center. Falzes is well connected with public transport, every 30 minutes there is a bus connection to Brunico. The apartment is located on the 4th floor of a quiet residential building in the immediate vicinity of the city. There is NO elevator in the house. On foot you can reach the parish church and the pedestrian zone of Bruneck in less than five minutes. The Kronplatz valley station is a five-minute drive away. A bus stop is very close. The accommodation is good for sporty couples, families with kids as well as business travelers and solo travelers.

My place is close to a small natural swimming lake, a climbing garden, surrounded by nature and yet only a few minutes' drive from the cities of Bruneck and Brixen..... Relax surrounded by nature. Set off directly from the house for walks, bike rides, Nordic walking tours, hikes..... You'll love my place because of the coziness, the views and the location. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers and families (with children).
