A dirt road leads to the garden, where there is no fence, wild animals (boar, deer, fox, rabbit,pheasant) are regular visitors to the garden at dawn. the house was built on a 300-year-old cellar, a stylish bathroom and room were designed in the basement.

There is an excellent restaurant in walking distance and an ice cream parlor in summer. Also a large outdoor swimming pool, the Schafbergbad. It is an ideal way to visit a city - a house completely in the countryside and yet in the city. Good running trails nearby that start right in front of the house.
