Location is at the heart of city s Main Street and from all the living room windows we get amazing view of happenings of the Main Street Everything is reachable by walk Famous locations like Wankbahn is just couple of kilo meters away ! I was there with my partner and we found it incredibly beautifully decorated. There was even the possibility to purchase drinks for a very small amount by self-service. We were very pleasantly surprised by the bathroom - very clean, good size and practically furnished. The kitchen was small, but efficiently equipped and you could find a toaster in addition to a coffee machine and kettle, as well as a communal microwave right in the hallway - and otherwise we were very satisfied with the available kitchen utensils. Likewise, the refrigerator, with a small freezer compartment, was a good size and, like the rest, was very clean on arrival. Thanks to the inviting balcony, we could enjoy every meal outside, because the balcony is so well covered that even rain does not bother. Communication with Jana was via messages or in person - she was always very helpful and extremely friendly and was easy to reach with questions.

We had a great stay at the apartment. Everything was sparkling clean and equipped with everything we needed. The location near Garmisch was optimal for us. Communication with Theresa was also very straightforward.

We had experienced a beautiful Easter time in a magnificent mountain landscape. Stunningly beautiful hikes, selected culinary experiences, a great place to stay and last but not least, very kind and helpful hosts. We felt comfortable in the "Murmeltier" from the beginning. The small apartment with the mega balcony is very cozy and the space is optimally used. We lacked nothing and it was immediately a real temporary home. We were also very pleased with the fast and friendly care of the hostess and the loving details for the welcome or in the furnishings. We'd love to come back and thank you for the great stay.

We had a great time in Grainau! From the terrace, you have a beautiful view of the mountains. The accommodation was clean and had everything you needed. The location of the apartment is particularly good. The town center, as well as shops and restaurants, are within walking distance. Many hikes can be started from the front door.

We were extremely satisfied with the accommodation, everything corresponded to the description 100% and we felt very comfortable, especially because the hosts always made us feel welcome. They were incredibly warm and always there for you, so we can only recommend this apartment to everyone and will gladly come back. The apartment was very centrally located and you could do activities in the center of Garmisch and also Partenkirchen on foot from there as well as many walks and hikes to the nearby lakes, huts and sights. Thank you so much for everything! Arrived as guests and departed as friends.

We felt very comfortable in the apartment Waxenstein, it was cozy and clean. The location is perfect as well. You can walk to the train station, the bus stop, the supermarket or the pedestrian zone in a few minutes. We would stay here again.

The apartment has a beautiful view and surroundings. I recommend this apartment for couples. We loved our stay. The host is very friendly and welcoming.

A lovely apartment in a great location. Small but very well equipped kitchen. Comfortable beds. Lots of space for all four of us. Everything was clean and in very good condition. Welcoming host in a beautiful and peaceful area with lots to see and some nice local restaurants. Highly recommended.

We stayed at the place for a week and were very satisfied! The apartment is very nicely furnished, with everything you need for a short trip. 😊 Even with the small kitchen you can conjure up a few dishes. And if you don't want to cook, there are restaurants about 5-10 min walk away. The connection to Garmisch-Partenkirchen is also great (train or bus)! We liked the forest adventure trail nearby, to which you can also walk in the evening and keep your feet in the Kneipp Pool. We highly recommend the place! :)

Loved staying at Marcel’s apartment. I have been to Garmisch many times and this was one of the best places yet. The yard for my pup Brody was great, he got a chance to hang in the sun yesterday. Very peaceful and quiet. Walkable to Both Partikirchen and Garmisch. Easy to walk to nearby trails. Highly would recommend and would stay again if available.

Marc met us at his property and was fantastic. He and Sophia are very organized with clear instructions, recommendations for the area and are superb hosts. If you’re visiting the area, I’d highly recommend considering their apartment. It’s easy walking distance to the trains, to restaurants and shopping in town and to the amazing hiking trails in the area.

We had a wonderful stay at Farchant! The place was exceptionally clean, tastefully decorated, and stocked with everything you could possibly want – from the fully equipped kitchen to loving touches that made the stay extra enjoyable. The location is perfect: quiet but still central, with wonderful views of the mountain and ideal as a starting point for hikes or excursions to Garmisch-Partenkirchen. We will be happy to come back!

The location and space are unbeatable. At all times we were advised by our host, who stood out for his humanity and concern for the idea that our stay be wonderful. I would definitely come back and recommend this place anyway.

We had a great week in Stephanie's apartment. As a young family with a baby under one year old, we felt completely comfortable from the very first moment. Stephanie was super friendly, always approachable and very communicative – you can tell that she cares about the well-being of her guests. The apartment corresponded 100% to the description – and the pictures absolutely keep what they promise. It is one of the most beautiful apartments we have ever been to: stylishly furnished, very clean and with a magnificent mountain panorama from every window. The location is also ideal – central enough to reach everything on foot: supermarkets for weekly shopping, cable cars and hiking trails start nearby, and in the evening there are many nice restaurants in the area that invite you to linger. We can fully recommend the accommodation – even for families with small children – and are already thinking about coming back next year.

Franz and Astrid are very kind and accommodating hosts. We were warmly welcomed and everything was well explained (apartment, pool and sauna). We have received many good tips for activities in the region. In the pine bedroom, you could sleep very well. There were four of us with our two dogs, who also felt very comfortable. The farm is located in a quiet area that invites you to relax. Definitely highly recommended ❤️👍

This is a perfect apartment near Innsbruck with everything you need to have a wonderful time with family and friends. Convenient location (you need a car), beautiful scenery, perfectly clean and prepared for comfort. We were 4 and enjoyed very much the stay!

Christine and Jozef's holiday home is a real gem for peace seekers. House is equipped with every comfort, clean, spacious and very comfortable. The house is in a very rural and quiet area, overlooking the Alps, and with opportunities for cycling, hiking, swimming in summer. Wake up in the morning with the bells from the cows, who doesn't want that?

We really enjoyed the week for eight in Moritz's place - right on the lake, with plenty of space and everything super clean! Moritz was always easy to reach and provided us with great tips for the area. We would come back anytime!

The apartment is great and the region in which it is located is beautiful! Thomas was very nice, he left us breakfast for the next day and recommended many places, very attentive! 100% recommended!
