In diesem gemütlichen Nest wirst du eine wunderbare (Aus-, Lebendig-, Glücks-, Relax-, Aktiv-..) Zeit verbringen. Auf frisch renovierten 78m2 im 1.OG, findest du ein Bad (Wanne & sep.Dusche), eine vollausgestattete Einbauküche mit kleinem Eßplatz, ein Wohn- und Esszimmer mit Schlafsofa, eine kleine Bibliothek und ein grosses Schlafzimmer mit Boxspringdoppelbett. The vacation home "Unter'm Fricken" is located in the beautiful Werdenfelser Land in the village of Farchant. The newly renovated house is located on the Föhrenheide, a natural quiet place to relax, hike and cycle. Enjoy the view of the Alpine region from the terrace or balcony. Feel at home with up to 7 people on over 100 square meters of living space. The classic ski resort in Garmisch-Partenkirchen or the Zugspitze are only 15 minutes away by car.

The apartment is located in the basement and offers the perfect starting point for a vacation in the mountains – in a central location, but still in a quiet environment. Shopping, restaurants and cultural attractions can be reached quickly on foot or by public transport. Cars can be parked for free on the street. The hiking trail network on the Wank is right outside the front door. The bed is 1.20 m and bathroom accessories are provided for you.

Due to the high ceiling height, you will only notice that you are in the attic through the large panoramic skylights.
