New Build, May 2022. Centrally located. Close to shopping and hiking trails. Located in-between Palmer & Wasilla. 1 mile from Colony High School. This listing has a queen bed, & double futon couch. We can add an air mattress if needed and provide a pack-&-play for small children. Fully equipped kitchen and a washer/dryer in unit. Brandy and I are readily available for dinner suggestions, hiking trails, tourist destinations, etc. We love this town and Alaska and want you to love it too.

Our 2021 constructed craftsmen cottage is nestled in the woods but very close to Palmer. This is a quiet 8 acre parcel but only 5 minutes from breweries, shops and restaurants in downtown Palmer. Close to Hatcher Pass, Independence Mine, Glaciers, Hiking, Musk Ox and Reindeer farms. The owner's house is also on the property and they are available to you throughout your stay. Russ and Glenda were the warmest host ever. Felt like we went back to our grandparent’s home. Super welcoming. Though we only stayed 1 night, they made sure we felt right at home. Sharing conversations and experiences; allowing us to use the shared kitchen. The attic on the 2nd floor has no door; so the room is just up the stairs. Having said that, they gave us our privacy and space. Glenda also provided breakfast and fruit salad for us. We were grateful and thankful for staying in such a beautiful home.
