Holiday rentals with beach access in Fatih

Nihat was a very gracious host— we all felt right at home. The recommendations provided regarding restaurants and sights were perfect, and Nihat responded very promptly to any questions we had. The location was amazing, with close proximity to Galata Tower and a variety of shops and cafes. A great place to stay in a beautiful city.

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was spotless and fully equipped with everything we needed—soap, shampoo, body wash, towels, and even a cozy plaid blanket. It felt warm and welcoming, truly like a home away from home. Ayse was incredibly kind and helpful—honestly, I don’t think I’ve ever met someone this nice! She went above and beyond to make sure we had a pleasant stay. She responded to all my questions almost instantly and always with such compassion. She even arranged an early check-in for us because we had an early flight, which we really appreciated. We absolutely loved the apartment, its vibe, and of course, its amazing host. One small note: since the house is located in a residential neighborhood, parking can be a bit tricky, but it’s manageable. Highly recommend—thank you again, Ayse!

Nice quite street with less cars, supermarket at the end of the street, bus from Sabiha airport comes close to appartment, 15 minutes by walk.

I had a wonderful stay at this lovely property in Istanbul! The location is absolutely perfect—just a short walk to the iconic Blue Mosque and many other historic sites in Sultanahmet. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The host was incredibly welcoming and helpful, offering great local tips and always available if I had any questions. I especially appreciated the quiet atmosphere at night despite being in such a central area. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Istanbul!

Our week long stay was great! Hatip was great at communicating- there was an issue with the hot water heater that he was very proactive to get fixed. Now the hot water and heat in the apartment work very well! The range does work, just a little tricky to get lit the first few times. Washer, clothesline, and hangers are available to do your laundry. Hand soap, shower soaps, a bit of toilet paper, bedding and towels were in the apartment. There is a grocery shop, A101, down the street that has all other basics you might need while staying. Restaurants and tourists shops line the streets in this area, but you can find a few local places with more budget friendly price tags. There are a few playground and other grocery stores within a 5 minute walk. You can get to most touristy and scenic areas on the peninsula by foot. If you want to take the metro or trams they are not too far, either. We enjoyed our stay in this neighborhood very much.

Abo Yassin und Mohammed sind sehr hilfreiche und nette Menschen. Bei jeder Angelegenheit wurde mir geholfen und haben uns immer unterstürzt. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und der Aufenthalt war super.

Hasan and the other staff members were always super polite and very welcoming. The room is right next to the reception but it’s very quiet at night so we slept very well. The location is great, a couple minutes walk to Taksim Square, restaurants, and public transport.

We had a wonderful stay at Ali’s place in Beyoğlu! The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and exactly as shown in the photos. We especially loved the location – it was very central and close to everything important (sightseeing: e.g. galata tower etc.)! A big thank you to Ali, who was an amazing host – always helpful, quick to respond, and very kind. We felt well taken care of from the very beginning. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Istanbul! 🙌

This was our fourth trip to Istanbul and we decided to try an Air BNB as the hotels seem to always be built next to night clubs or are over priced. We definitely made the right decision. This air bnb is large and very well located. We weren't interested in going to the historic sites this trip but it is close to them without being in the historic peninsula which is noisy and crowded. This place is very quiet especially at night, compared to other places we have stayed in Istanbul and the neighborhood is fascinating and picturesque

The apartment has an excellent location, within walking distance of many attractions. The host is very nice, responsive to all requests, and is very helpful with any additional services that might be needed like transportation, information on local events, etc. Overall, a nice stay.

Nous avons été bien reçu. L appartement est bien situé proche du métro. les restaurants sont situés dans les rues parallèle à l immeuble. On ne le sait pas le premier jour. Salle de sport piscine intérieur et extérieur. personnrl de l immeuble très sociable et agréable. Bonne réactivité de notre hote.

Manzara fotoğraflardan gözüken daha da güzel. Heryere yürürmeye mesafesinde. Evde ev aleti olarak herşey vardı. Tek problem sigara içmek için bina değil bahçeninde dışına çıkılması lazım.

Ev merkezdeydi. Vapur iskelesinden hemen hiç yokuş çıkmadan 5 dakikada ulaşılabiliyordu. Yakınında çok güzel restoranlar vardı yürüme yolu vardı balkon yemyeşil bir bahçeye bakıyordu çok sessizdi evde sözü edilen bütün olanaklar vardı temizdi fotoğraflardakinin aynısıydı burgazada‘da yine aynı evde kalmak isterim

Furkan bey iyi niyetli bir arkadaştır. Her sorumuza sabır ile cevap verdi sanki yıllarca tanıdığım bir arkadaşım gibiydi. Eviniz bulunduğu yer güzel ve sakindi. Sakin olmasının yanında ulaşımı çok rahattı. Sadece biraz yokuş vardı ama İstanbul yedi tepe zaten çoğu yerde yokuş var. Teşekkürler Furkan arkadaş.
