Located 10 km from Le Mans Cathedral, we rent a very nice 30 m² apartment, furnished, on the 1st floor, for 4 people, very bright and quiet, with independent entrance. A living room with 1 large 160 bed, a dining area facing the meadow, a full kitchenette and a small attic bedroom with 2 90 beds.

The house is in a small quiet subdivision, located just 10 minutes from the 24-hour circuit by expressway and less than 10 minutes from the European Horse Center. Our house is 5 minutes from highway exit no. 23. The floor has a private entrance. The accommodation consists of: 2 bedrooms with double bed (bed linen provided), shower room (towel, shower gel, shampoo provided), separate toilet and living room with sofa bed. Wi-Fi available.

From the private parking lot, you will cross the gardens where I grow aromatic plants and edible flowers to produce tasty herbal teas and herbs that you can find on my site.

We also offer boxes for your horses at an additional cost.
