Feel free to use the PlayStation or the electric sit/stand desk for home office activities. The loft is not far from Aschaffenburg, Frankfurt, Wertheim Village or Wuerzburg. All can be reached in max 50 minutes or less. Also, Spessart forest starts right behind the loft, a lot of walking and biking opportunities can be accessed from Waldaschaff and from the loft.

I stayed at Fredo's AirBnB for a month. The apartment had everything I required. The stay was comfortable for me. The location is just a dream. Fredo is a hard working man who is kind, caring and honest. I loved his character. By the way there is a castle on 2 minute hike around 200 meters away. Plenty of parking on the street.

Hello dear hostess, Everything was just right here. The apartment is in a particularly good condition, all senses were addressed upon entering. The color selection is very tasteful and kept in warm tones. There is a beautiful view from all windows and there is a natural tranquility. The entire inventory is quality. Last but not least, I would like to mention the landscape and the clean air, which invites you to go for a walk. Note: Parking in the yard is an experience, however, with an SUV, it is a challenge. You should ignore the beeping and the sensors.

Annika's apartment is super clean, beautifully furnished and has really everything you can imagine for a few days of comfort. We were able to have breakfast and dinner with a sensational view on the terrace, and relax there and inside on the cozy couches. We also slept very well in the very comfortable bed! The area right next to Miltenberg in the middle of the Odenwald is definitely worth several visits! And we would have liked to do even more of the many MTB tours...
