Peaceful, 35 minutes from Nantes, 40 minutes from the beautiful beaches of Pornichet, La Baule, 40 minutes from the medieval city of Guérande, 45 minutes from the pretty ports of Le Croisic or Piriac or 1 hour from Vannes. A peaceful haven for those who value tranquility. You will be very close to Savenay (5 km) and its shopping area La Colleraye

Entire studio 25 m2 – independent access

On the ground floor of our house, a studio of about 25 m2 in perfect condition and fully equipped with bed linen and towels. Parking is available in the driveway and access is via the terrace that goes with the studio. Note: our exteriors (garden) are still a bit of a work in progress. 5 minutes from the Super U and close to the RN165 (Nantes or St Nazaire). 15 min drive to Nantes. No baths please, only showers. If you want to discover our region, this house is ideally located, close to the main roads Nantes/St Nazaire and Nantes/Vannes. 35 km from Nantes Atlantique Airport, the SNCF train station is a 15-minute walk away, the city center, cinema and shopping area are also within walking distance. Discover Nantes and the machines of the island, Le Croisic and the wild coast, Guérande and the salt marshes, St Marc and the beach of Mr Hulot… For hikers: the GR 3 passes near the house!

The studio is very well arranged, you will find a fully equipped open kitchen (induction hob, fridge, combined microwave/rotating heat oven, toaster, coffee maker, Tassimo and kettle). The bedroom/living room is equipped with a 140 x 200 bed, an AndroidTV, a wardrobe and a dining table and a shower room. Non-smoking accommodation.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. The room is above the tapestry workshop of my wife Mademoiselle Causeuse. Its soft carpet and high ceiling will allow you to make a peaceful stopover.
