The secluded villa is accessed through a gate and parked in the spacious parking lot. Through a courtyard you can reach the entrance hall with staircase. From here you can access the living/dining area and the kitchen. An outdoor bar with a barbecue, an outdoor shower and an additional shower room complete the area, nestled in a beautifully landscaped garden. The magnificent view can best be admired from an upstream viewing terrace. CHANGE OF OWNERSHIP END OF 2021.

Casa tradicional. "Son Ramon"

This house is a project that began in 2005 and was completed in 2018. It was carried out in several periods but is now a project that has come to fruition. I am in love with Balearic architecture and this house is a sample of the traditional Mallorcan peasant house. It is decorated with antique furniture acquired in second-hand markets and some from my family. It is a house with lots of light, cozy where one feels well-being and peace in the middle of nature.
