The space is lightning-clean, the garden just enchanting. There is everything you need in the house. Tasteful and tidy. Very friendly and likeable hosts. It was the perfect getaway for the whole family!

We felt very comfortable! The apartment was the optimal size for the number of people and fully met our expectations. We won't forget the quiet location and beautiful view anytime soon.

I rented the apartment for two months and felt at home from day one. The amenities are thoughtful, everything was absolutely clean, cozy and exactly as described - if not better. The location is quiet yet central, ideal for working and relaxing. The kitchen was fully equipped, the bed very comfortable and the WiFi reliable. I want to highlight the great host: always available, warm and helpful. The communication was very easy and easy. I can fully recommend the apartment and would come back anytime. We stayed at Michael’s apartment for a few days with a group of 8. In short it was perfect for us and I can highly recommend his place and Michael as a host for larger groups. The apartment is well equipped, which allowed us to cook proper meals, hang out, relax and enjoy our down time. The apartment is in a very nice, super quiet neighborhood, but it is a 1/2 walk to down town Mittenwald, however it is a nice walk. And not to forget the place had direct access to a beautiful garden.

We were allowed to use the bird's nest as a starting point during a city trip and felt completely comfortable. Everything was clean and well appointed. The view from the window towards the old town is unique. In the height of summer, it could get a little hot in the two bedrooms under the roof, but it was bearable in May. All in all, we had a great stay in Augsburg!

Nice place in a quiet location. Michael was always friendly and available for questions by cell phone. Unfortunately, the wellness area was closed to us. I guess it's because of the coronavirus.

A very cosy place on two levels with lovely views and very well equipped with everything you might need during an apartment stay. I felt very much at home. The very friendly owners live in the same property so communication is easy. The place is a great starting point for lots of beautiful walks around the Schliersee area and beyond.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at the cabin in the woods! Everything was really great and even better than we imagined. The location in the middle of the forest is simply fantastic - you have your absolute tranquility and are completely surrounded by nature. That was exactly what we were looking for! The cabin itself was much larger and better equipped than expected. It had everything you needed and more. We particularly liked the loving details and the cozy furnishings. You can tell the host went the extra mile. The communication with the host was also perfect. She was super friendly, responded quickly to our messages and gave us helpful tips for the area. All in all, it was a wonderful and relaxing time we were allowed to spend in the cabin. Thank you for this memorable stay - we will definitely be back!

Ideal for larger groups and especially families with children, this house has an open kitchen and 3 bathrooms. It is quietly located below Neuschwanstein. The lake and Tegelberg are within easy walking distance. You can enjoy the sun in the garden and on the terrace. There are toys, a sandbox, a table tennis table and football goals as well as a basketball hoop.

There is absolutely nothing wrong with this place. The historic building has been lovingly refurbished with great care, is very generously sized for the number of people indicated and leaves nothing to be desired in terms of furnishings. In addition, a first selection of coffee, tea and drinks was available to us. Everything was very clean and Rolf was always available to us. Sauna, darts, table tennis and the large property with fireplace are welcome to be used and the area offers many possibilities for excursions. If you don't want to cook in the beautiful and fully equipped kitchen, you will find several restaurants in the quiet village. A large shopping market with a great bakery (also on Sundays) right in town, more in the vicinity. Highly recommended!

Great location on a quiet street. Very easy walking access to everything in Old Town. Great restaurants just around the corner. We had 7 people sharing the apartment and due to the separation of each of the bathroom amenities, we found it very manageable for the 7 adults in our group. Would definitely recommend and hope to return at some point ourselves.

Great accommodation, there was a welcome gift in the fridge and coffee pods (Senseo machine) for the first morning. The terrace is fenced, which is clever for staying with a dog. In the garden in front of the front door, our dog was also warmly welcomed. The location is wonderful, swimming and hiking trails can be reached directly from the accommodation on foot. Highly recommend!

Balcony was lovely, and the space was very comfortable. The host was very responsive and helpful!

Our stay at Kate’s place was wonderful! The apartment is very quiet and peaceful, yet incredibly central—just a short walk from Marienplatz with easy access to everything. The space felt like a charming little home, beautifully maintained and very comfortable. It had all the kitchen equipment we could have needed, although we didn’t end up cooking. Kate was an excellent host—always prompt and attentive whenever we needed to get in touch. Thank you, Kate, for making us feel so welcome and comfortable during our visit. We would love to stay here again in the future!

Was very satisfied. The couple was extremely friendly. Even before the arrival, Margret sent me a description, with which I found the house right away. The kitchen is super equipped, even spices etc. were available. I'd love to come back 😊🥰

Ideal for cycling holidays, because you could park the bikes directly at the house under the roof overhang. Large covered terrace. Many (also flat) very beautiful bike paths starting only 200 m away. Good restaurants within walking distance in 5-10 min. Supermarket in the village. Close to the A95 motorway, so it can be easily combined with a trip to Munich (also a train station in the village). We booked again right away because we felt very comfortable. We had our little dog with us, also close to the field for walking.

Very lovely and accommodating hosts! We were able to check in 2-3 hours earlier:) Everything is great! Very nice apartment and very clean! I was there with my friends and it was great! We got recommendations for the area. The lake is not far away (there is also parking there). It was great! I'd love to come back! :)

We needed to stay only one night and then get back on the road. The 5 of us were as comfortable as at home and found a very clean and tidy place with everything needed for personal and room cleaning. Also available are plates, glasses, cutlery, oven, microwave, kettle, American coffee machine, and a very fresh refrigerator. Tanja is an EXCELLENT host, always ready to respond to all requests and available in everything. I definitely recommend it.

We had a great night with our girls' group. Everyone was simply thrilled with the bright apartment and the great kitchen. Roswitha and Frank are very warm and accommodating hosts, which is why we felt comfortable right away!

Regina's vacation home is located in a quiet village 30 minutes from Legolandia and Augusta and about 1 hour and a half from Munich and we had a great time in the peace of the surrounding nature. Well-equipped apartment with comfortable sofa bed and responsive host in communications. There is also a small playground for our 8-year-old daughter. We hope to be back .

The apartment is beautiful and furnished with great attention to detail. The amenities were excellent and there was nothing missing. A wonderful view over the Walchensee from the terrace leads directly to relaxation. The host always responded quickly and was extremely friendly in communication. We particularly liked the personalized welcome board.

We thoroughly enjoyed the stay. The house was clean, the furnishings high quality. It was especially great to get into the whirlpool after a long day. The communication was very good and the hostess very nice.

The house is very clean , the location is quite good near the centre around 20mins .

All was lovely, as others have described. Toddler had a great time, us too. We hope to be back next year. Some tips: * pool is nice but not heated (probably obvious, but decided to note) * the indoor fireplace is not available year round, it is mostly decorative and meant for the cold season * expect ticks if you venture outdoors - it is Bavaria. Look up how to deal with this and learn safety precautions in advance. Owners could consider supplying visual guide for how to inspect yourself and your kids, maybe even provide an extractor kit. We found a sucker on our toddler a day after arriving home, this was quite stressful, and all due to our lack of experience as not-so-outdoorsy city folks. Be better than us!
