Bright, centrally located apartment in Boho style on Lake Starnberg: The 2-room apartment on the raised ground floor is open-plan and faces south-west. The apartment "Hannibal" is located in a beautiful residential area and is at the same time very well connected. It is ideally located just outside Munich and is therefore the perfect starting point for all sights in Munich and on the edge of the Bavarian Alps. Hiking and skiing areas are easily accessible.

It is a bedroom of about 13 square meters, a cozy small kitchen, with table and chairs and a bathroom with tub, toilet and shower. The bedroom as well as the kitchen have access to the balcony and terrace, overlooking Lake Ammersee. There is also a patio to relax in the adjoining wooded area, which also belongs to the apartment. The car can be parked in the underground garage. A footpath leads to the lake and beach promenade in 10 minutes

Unsere Unterkunft liegt ruhig im Wohngebiet nahe am Wald (3 min) und nahe zum See (10 min.). Im Ort ist alles vorhanden. Und zu Fuss erreichbar. Schöne Ausflugsmöglichkeiten in die Berge an den See nach München. Wunderbarer Erholungsort. Schlosspark und Badestrand sind in nur 10 Minuten erreichbar. Biergärten und Restaurants sind bequem ohne Auto zu erreichen.

Die helle Ferienwohnung mit großer Sonnenterrasse bietet Ruhe und Komfort, um zwei Personen einen entspannten Aufenthalt am wunderschönen Starnberger See zu bereiten. Der See mit großer Liegewiese und Badebuchten sowie die S-Bahn sind in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Direkt vor der Tür gibt es ein Carport mit privatem Parkplatz.
