Originally conceived as a studio house, the bungalow was carefully renovated in 2023, preserving the special exterior and interior architecture in the style of the 1950s. The historic building is part of an ensemble of old and new buildings and is located on a spacious south-facing property in the immediate vicinity of Lake Starnberg. It is perfect as a weekend or vacation home for two to four people. Direct S-Bahn connection from Feldafing to Munich city center.
