The Tannengrün vacation home is modern, cozy and comfortably furnished and has a small balcony with seating. The wellness area with sauna and hot tub in the house invites you to relax after a nice hike. The vacation home is located in the upper village of Eichstetten in a quiet location. In just a 5-minute walk you are right in the Eichstetter vineyards - surrounded by nature.

The apartment is located on the outskirts of the city in a very quiet family environment. Walking in just a few minutes you are in the city center, at the outdoor pool or in the forest. The train station is a maximum 20-minute walk. From the large balcony you have a magnificent view of the city, its surroundings and can comfortably enjoy the tranquility in the evening. The attic loft apartment (built in 2018) is located in a farmhouse with horses and is ideal for guests (individual or a couple) looking for peace and relaxation who only want to cater for themselves to a limited extent (breakfast). The cooking facilities on the brand new wood-burning stove are limited due to the sloping roof. There is a small electric hotplate. Dishes, coffee maker (Nespresso capsules) and kettle are provided.
