5 minutes' walk from a huge ski area and a bus stop outside for a 5 minute ride to other ski areas. No need for car hire, just walk from the train station. Ski hire/school, restaurants and food shops all within 5 mins. Great views across the mountains. Mountain nature reserve behind the chalet. WiFi, English TVs (2 of them!). 33Mbps Wifi One of five places I have listed. Over 800 guests a year now stay at my five holiday homes run by me. Dating back to 1470, this wonderful chalet has so much charm and character. In 'Casa Felice' you will find quiet and calm. The apartment has all the modern amenities you wish for and breathtaking views of the Signina mountain range to enjoy. There is a fully equipped kitchen with dining and a stone fireplace. An ensuite bedroom and a separate bedroom / living area. There is parking in the carport and easy access to the village below. Close to shops and the bus stop.

Only a few minutes walk from Lake Constance, the "Gästehaus Heilig Apartment 2" is centrally located in Langenargen, a recognized resort with a beautiful lakeside promenade. Our apartment is centrally located yet wonderfully quiet and is the perfect base for many activities. In a few minutes you can walk to the swimming pool, the sports center with tennis court, playground, Zwergenweg, a small supermarket and the bus stop is right around the corner. (5 minutes by bus to the train station and the Gotschnabahn valley station)
