The apartment is in the countryside, but only 15 minutes from the center. The Munich fairgrounds (Messe München) are 20 minutes away. The U-Bahn [subway] runs directly to Oktoberfest in 15 minutes. The highway is 5 minutes away.

Parking is free on the public street. The apartment is specially kids-friendly- a playground at the backyard.

The house on the lake belongs to my wife and me. My son and his wife coordinate the rental for us (co-hosts). The lower apartment in the house is rented, the upper one we use occasionally. We look forward to welcoming you as guests in the upper apartment. The 25 sqm furnished apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, a tiled stove, a guest Wi-Fi and a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower. The apartment was completely refurbished in 2019 and also has separate access.
