The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, utensils, and all the appliances you might need to prepare any meal, including a large fridge and freezer. The living area features a very large and comfortable sofa, ideal for relaxing, along with a TV for your entertainment. From the lounge area, you can access the balcony, furnished with a small table — the perfect spot to sit and enjoy some fresh air. If you prefer, there are several cafés and bars just downstairs where you can take a break and enjoy a good coffee. The sleeping area includes two bedrooms. The first is a comfortable double bedroom with a large bed, a chest of drawers, and a spacious wardrobe to store all your belongings, as well as a second TV for a bit of privacy and comfort. The second bedroom is a single room with a 90x190 cm bed and an additional pull-out bed (80x190 cm) — perfect for an extra guest. This room also includes a desk and direct access to a small private balcony, offering a quiet corner for reading or relaxing. Finally, for those who need a fifth bed, a foldable cot is available and can be set up in the living room. Baby cot (for children aged 0–3) available free of charge upon request.
