Welcome! The house, located in the heart of Pallanza (less than a 5-minute walk from the lake) offers spacious and well-kept indoor and outdoor spaces. Equipped with all the essentials for your stay, you won't have to worry about a thing! In our small, flower-filled courtyard, you can relax by reading a book or enjoying a glass of wine, and during the warmer months, why not have lunch or dinner in complete tranquility. Given the extremely limited parking, the private garage is a real plus!

The guesthouse is situated up upon a hill inside a 8,000 m2 private park full of Azaleas, Rhododendrons, and huge Chestnut Trees an easy 15 min. drive from either Arona or Stresa. Lakeside beaches, excellent restaurants and shopping facilities are within the close vicinity by car. A huge natural reserve with peaks offering panoramic views of lakes and alps can be reached in a few minutes on foot. The guesthouse's 60 m2 ground-floor apartment has an arcade covered patio and its own gardens.

The apartment is located on the first floor of a liberty style house built in the early 1900s, completely renovated respecting the characteristics of the time and divided into 6 apartments for your holidays. The new and vintage-style furniture keeps the slightly retro flavor of the house intact, making each space special and unique. The opening of the entrances is with a code for an easy check-in. We have a space for the shelter of motorcycles, bicycles or other.

The charm of the house is made up of the terraces in the east and south-west direction, the panoramic windows and the garden with vineyard. Four bedrooms and three bathrooms, as well as a living room with fireplace and a TV room ensure comfort. The house is well suited for families (with children). A car is necessary. Late check-out may be possible on site for a fee.
