Picturesque, Historic Villa with Island Views

Gaze over stunning 180-degree views of islands on Lago Maggiore from the expansive, floor-to-ceiling windows of this lovely, 230-year-old rustic stone villa. Antique furnishings perfectly complement the historic architecture. The house is on 3 floors so a fair bit of walking up and down stairs is required. The main bedroom is on the upper floor and the 2nd bedroom (two single beds) and bathroom on the lowest floor. Ideal for couples and families but not for the elderly or groups of 4 adults.

Serenity Cottage

Situato ai piedi di un bosco, è il luogo ideale per chi ama la natura, ed il relax. Un’antica stalla trasformata in un delizioso cottage dal “profumo” provenzale, con muri in pietra e soffitti con travi a vista. Lo spazio è disposto su due livelli di circa 25mq ciascuno. Al piano terra si trova la cucina a vista con soggiorno, divano letto matrimoniale alla francese ed un piccolo bagno di servizio. Al piano superiore la camera da letto e il bagno principale completo di doccia e lavatrice.

The apartment is located in Feriolo, a pretty village on the Piedmont side of Lake Maggiore. It is centrally located 2 minutes from the beach, recently renovated and consists of: large living room with sofa bed, TV, kitchen equipped with microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster. Double bedroom, bathroom with shower. Ideal for couples or families with children. 10 meters from the house: free parking, supermarket. 50 meters from the bus stop to Stresa. Free Wi-Fi

The house is surrounded by nature, reachable only on foot 300 meters from the parking lot, but very close to the lake and the village that offers art and culture, beautiful panoramic views, restaurants and beach. You'll love it for the tranquility and vastness of the spaces, the views towards the lake and mountains, the intimacy, the exposed ceiling, the comfort, the large lawn around. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and families with kids.

La Caramella

The apartment is located on the lakefront, in the center of the village, with a wonderful view from the balcony overlooking the Borromeo Gulf. We provide our guests with free bicycles (city bikes and mountain bikes, also for children). In the apartment, our animal friends are considered special guests and are very welcome. In front of the house there are piers for docking boats and the beach, where in July for 10 days there is a big party for tourists.

Lakeviewcabin - Studio With Lake View

The Studio is located right in front of the town of Como, with a 180 degrees view of the lake. Como city center can be reached by car, bike, bus, or even by ferry-boat- as a public ferry-boat transportation service is available. This service -located 50 meters from our property- will take you directly to Como city center in 8 minutes and to the other destinations of the lake.
