Passionately renovated Bright apartment (80m2) is located in a peaceful residential area, only 5 minutes away from the lake. It is a great place to relax and enjoy the view of the lake and the mountains. In front of the house, there is free parking and an outdoor chill space. Feel free also to use the garden. The city center is 30 min walk away. We provide bicycles which make the transportation enjoyable and fast. For easier further exploration we strongly recommend you rent a car.

The apartment with around 75m2 is divided into two bedrooms, a kitchen with dining area, a large bathroom and a study. Outside, the garden and the natural swimming pond can be used in summer and winter. There is a special surprise for children: our 5 dwarf goats.

The amenities include a kitchen, bedroom, shower, toilet, terrace and a beautiful garden. The Wörthersee-Rosental tourism region offers numerous cultural and sporting excursion opportunities: In the surrounding area are: Klagenfurt, Villach, Velden am Wörthersee, the Drau Cycle Path. Slovenia (Bled) or Italy (Tarvis) are also worth a trip.

The idyllic farmhouse in the countryside is surrounded by nature, forest and meadow, only 10-15 minutes by car from Klagenfurt and thus from Lake Wörthersee. It offers five rooms: two bedrooms, a living room that can also be used as a bedroom, a spacious bathroom and a kitchen with dining area. In addition, there is an outdoor area with a terrace and a lawn to relax. The maximum number of people that can stay in the house is 6. A crib is available on request.

This simple wooden cabin disposes of two floors, in each, there is a fireplace. The village is well connected, you can drive to the lake Bled in 30 min (cca) or to the Austrian Alps that also have amazing lakes in 40min.

Nice house near the mountains. Everything is quiet and relaxing except for occasional lawn mower :) Location is a bit remote, but not a problem with a car. Grocery shops are a few minutes drive, Klagenfurt or Villach ~30 minutes.

Gerti is a super sweet host who was very committed to making our stay as pleasant as possible. The cottage in Unterloibl is totally sweet and is also well located if you want to hike mountain peaks or love to swim in rivers and lakes. Definitely a recommendation! We enjoyed it very much!
