The first floor consists of a large living room, kitchen and a bathroom and the second floor consists of 3 furnished and comfortable bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, all for the exclusive use of guests. Open-space attic of about 80 square meters. The building has 3 floors with an elevator, and the attic is reached by a flight of stairs. Inside, there is a living area with a dining table, a kitchen with a coffee machine and a microwave oven, a TV, and a sofa bed. The double bed is near the terrace overlooking the sea and in summer is set up with a table and chairs. The bathroom has a new shower, washing machine and sink. The area is well served and the beach can be reached in 5 minutes on foot.
