In the quiet village center of Haiming, we have - on the 1st floor! - of our large, older house, we have three rooms, dining room, kitchen, bathroom, toilet with what is available to us, friendly furnishings. At the entrance of the Ötztal valley, we are easily accessible by train or bus (on foot about 10 or 3 min) and car (parking at the house) and connected to Innsbruck and all leisure activities in this region has to offer. The farm shop, bakery and butcher are around the corner, 5 minutes to the "MiniEKZ" in the village.

Wir wohnen in der Nähe, deswegen ist jederzeit jemand für Sie da, wenn Sie Unterstützung brauchen. Hier mitten in den Alpen und des Naturschutzgebietes Natura 2000 genießen Sie die Ruhe und Erholung mit einem atemberaubenden Ausblick auf die Berge und auf einen idyllischen See. Eure Unterkunft liegt in der Zugspitzarena. Sie ist bekannt für ihre familienfreundlichen Skigebiete, ist eine der besten Mountainbikegebiete in Europa und bietet noch sehr viele Möglichkeiten für weitere Aktivitäten (Info website zugspitzarena). Eure Unterkunft hat eine große geräumige Küche, ein gemütliches Wohnzimmer und befindet sich in einem charmanten Bauernhaus im 1. Stock. Meine Unterkunft ist ideal für Paare, Alleinreisende, Abenteurer und Familien (mit bis zu 4 Kindern).

The apartment is located in the basement and offers the perfect starting point for a vacation in the mountains – in a central location, but still in a quiet environment. Shopping, restaurants and cultural attractions can be reached quickly on foot or by public transport. Cars can be parked for free on the street. The hiking trail network on the Wank is right outside the front door. The bed is 1.20 m and bathroom accessories are provided for you.

In addition, there is a spacious couch with sleeping function for 2 more people in the living-dining area. The small modern bathroom features a rain shower.

The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering. In the living room, there is a sofa bed. In the double bedroom with a wardrobe, you can look forward to restful nights. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet.

Hiking from the house, climbing areas within walking distance, lakes, diving area, golf, etc. in approx. 15 min., ski resorts in about 25 min. by car. Cross-country ski trail in front of the house.
