Hier wohnt ihr mitten in der Natur, mit maximaler Privatsphäre und Bergpanorama. Im Garten befindet sich eine Holzsauna mit weitem Blick über das Hirschgehege und die umliegenden Berge. Das Apartment liegt auf einem kleinen Biohof, den ich nach Permakultur-Prinzipien führe. Auf den Wiesen leben Hirsche, es gibt Hühner, Bienen, Katzen und einen Fischteich.

We are located 100m away from the center of Grein. 150m from the train station. 200m away from the Donau. It is very peaceful here. The apartment is located in our house, but it has a separate entrance. So it is private. There are several places to eat, not too far away from us. There is a pharmacy right up the street and 2 local supermarkets. The city tax is 2,40€ per person per night. By Austrian law I am required to input a personal identification into the Austrian data base

Our small 60 m² apartment offers you everything you need from the interior - in addition to a great view of our local mountain, the Ötscher (1898 m), but also in the idyllic landscape of the Mostviertel. Through the windows, which open up to a direct view of the neighboring fields and forests… Our location is very quiet on the one hand, on the outskirts of Wieselburg-Land, on the other hand it is only 5 km to the Ybbs west highway entrance. The surroundings offer a varied program!

Das Häuschen für Naturliebhaber liegt an einem besonderen Platz in Alleinlage in den wunderschönen Ötscher Tormäuern. Durch das offene, große Grundstück plätschert sanft ​ein Bächlein, wo für euch Sonnenliegen warten. Das kleine Anwesen "entschleunigt" und tut der Seele gut. Ihr könnt Flussbaden im kristallklaren, erfrischenden Wasser der nur 400m entfernten Erlauf, wandern oder sonstige Abenteuer starten. Ein Lagerfeuer am Abend oder Grillen machen den Tag dann noch perfekt!

Local suppliers, rustic wine taverns and hiking or Bike paths are very close by.

The Atelier Rosé is located in the historic Schiffmeisterhaus directly on the Danube. Due to its central location, shops and restaurants are within walking distance. The Schiffmeisterhaus is also located on the popular Danube cycle path and offers its own bicycle storage and e-bike charging facilities. The studio on the Danube is a special place to feel good. Book your stay and enjoy two cozy, beautifully decorated log cabins all to yourself, set on a private, fully enclosed property. A sauna and gym are available on request. From May to September, relax in the heated pool and soak up the sweeping views. Heading to the slopes? A shuttle to the Puchenstuben ski area (15 min away) is available for a small fee. And yes—there’s excellent Wi-Fi for streaming or working remotely.
