Das 95qm große Haus hat im Erdgeschoss ein komfortables Wohnzimmer, ein Esszimmer, Küche mit Geschirrspüler, sowie 1 Badezimmer, 1 separates WC und 2 Doppelzimmer. The train station is also a 15-minute walk away for a trip to Nuremberg or Ansbach. In 20-30 minutes you can be in the Franconian Lake District by car. Restaurants and supermarkets in the town center are also within walking distance.

Ideal starting point for many excursions (Dinkelsbühl, Würzburg, Nuremberg, Therme Bad Windsheim) hiking, cycling. Children are very welcome, there is enough space to play.

For all other days of the week, we ask for coordination.
