Wonderful place to stay off-season. Exactly what we were looking for. Very convenient and effortless check-in check-out.

The place looked exactly like the pictures. The views and proximity of the lake were excellent. The home was clean and inviting. We can't wait to book again with David.

My partner and I’s stay at Jeffrey and Holly’s suite was outstanding. The space felt incredibly homely, with cozy decor and thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home. It was spotless and well-equipped with snacks, coffee, beach amenities, you name it - and we loved using their kayaks for exploring Silver Lake. They were friendly and provided smooth check-in instructions. The price for the area far beats any hotel we could have booked considering how comfortable, clean, and private the unit was. As other reviews said, mechanical noises and footsteps can be heard, but this did not bother us at all. We loved this unit so much, we will probably check the availability for our next trip to TC. This was hands down the best AirBNB we’ve ever stayed at. Highly recommend!

We had a great time, definitely a cozy stay, enjoyed the paddleboat, our kids lived being on the lake as well. we recommend this guest suite and look forward to staying again!

Linda’s place was extremely clean, nice and cozy. Her place was just as described and she added all the amenities I needed for my stay. I liked that she was personable and paid attention to detail. I highly recommend.

We had a wonderful, peaceful stay at Daphne & Will's gorgeous home. To say they went above and beyond would be an understatement – their space was filled with tasteful decorations, thoughtful touches, and high-quality finishes and furnishings. There was no way we could use every amenity available on a short 3-day stay, but that's all the more reason to come back and enjoy the space again sometime in the future. We particularly enjoyed the fireplace, view of the trees and lake, and comfy sofa – perfect for a relaxing trip. Will and Daphne struck the perfect balance of responsiveness, giving space, and friendliness. Airbnb perfection.

Had a great stay at this place in Traverse City! The home was clean, cozy, and just as described. It had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The location was perfect for exploring the area. The host was very responsive and made check-in super easy. Would definitely stay here again!

It was a great place to stay while we were in town for a wedding! Seems to be the perfect jumping off point for so many wonderful areas in northern Michigan! Sparkling clean and fresh, loved it!

Fantastic home! We loved everything about this place. Lots of space for our family of six. House was clean, stocked with lots of amenities. Linens, towels, board games, books, kitchen supplies.. We loved the beautiful view, deck, fire pit, dock, paddle board and kayak. Would definitely recommend and would love to come back!

Sean’s place truly feels like a home away from home. It’s thoughtfully designed with unique touches that make it stand out. The amenities are great—from waterfront access to a sauna by the dock, perfect for a refreshing swim-to-sauna experience. The location is also incredible. We loved exploring nearby towns, discovering an organic winery, and relaxing at local breweries that offer stunning views of Lake Michigan. Sean was an exceptional host—welcoming, responsive, and genuinely hospitable. We’re already looking forward to coming back in another season. If you’re considering this stay, don’t hesitate—book it! You won’t regret it.

Perfect for the whole family. We booked for my son’s 3rd birthday and I’m so glad we did! We had trouble finding an Airbnb that was dog friendly without a weight limit. Not only did they allow our gentle giant, they accommodated him with inside and outside crating. It was a bit chilly but my son stayed busy the whole week. There was plenty of toys for inside as well as the beach. The water was shallow enough that it warmed up quick despite the wind. We did lots of fishing both off the dock and on the boats. We caught blue gill, bass, and perch. The house was cozy but big enough for all our guests. The kitchen was extremely well stocked, especially with all the stuff we didn’t think to bring. There was also plenty of linens. We enjoyed the amenities and the lake vibe decorations. The location was close to cutesty Lake City and a doable drive to the big cities. We would book again for our next trip to Traverse City!

My husband and I, along with our 3 Siberian huskies stayed for 2 nights. We wished it was for longer! Jenna granted us an extra hr for check out which we really appreciated! Also, this house is incredibly clean. We were both impressed. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would love to come back. Something to note: there’s about 3-5 ft of water before you get into “muck” and the lake is full of seaweed. We brought our paddle board and floated around. The water is very clear and it was actually quite beautiful to look at the fish and even the seaweed looked beautiful. There are some deeper parts that you could definitely avoid touching any weeds. But just something to note if you plan on swimming. Also, we didn’t explore the entire lake so not sure what the far half is like. SUNRISES ARE GORGEOUS HERE! I would book this place just to watch the sunrise. And lots of wildlife. I would think kids would really enjoy it! Turtles, geese, tons of fish, loons. Again, overall highly recommend

Everything was amazing. The house was nice and clean and the view was breathtaking. We saw cranes, woodpeckers, bunnies and swans. Our dog loved being able to explore the. It was very quiet, relaxing and private. The only “issue” we had was the jacuzzi/tub. We attempted to use the jets and each time we turned them on, mold was spitting out. We ended up using it without the jets anyway. Overall, very, very satisfied and we will be back one day!

Beautiful property, cozy home, and great host. The river is peaceful and sunlight passing through the tree canopy creates a stunning effect. The A frame home has great views of the property and a great screened in porch looking onto the river. Lindsey is a very welcoming and responsive host.

This spot is such a gem, and so is Fran! Highly recommend staying here, every detail is thought out which makes a little vacation so easy! The views are gorgeous!

Overall very functional apartment for a couple in a desirable location. Very clean and decent amenities. Easy check in and check out. Comes with parking spot which is essential in that location. Fairly quiet. Door lock is somewhat finicky and took 2-3 tries to open door.

The location was amazing, very peaceful for it being right in downtown TC. I would go back for another stay!

Fabulous place to call home for a few days for a conference being held at the Grand Traverse Resort and Spa. Holly was the consummate host, communicative and helpful with questions. If you are a golfer, you can't find a better spot.

Great place! We loved the lake and the lake views. I also loved that there was a beach and pontoon boat rentals were on-site!

We will definitely book this place again if we need to be close to the Grand Traverse Resort again. Its very clean, very comfortable, and the the views are really nice. It's just far away enough from downtown to be quiet and peaceful.

Kara's place offered amazing views of the bay and was super clean with high end furnishings/designs that truly make you feel like you're getting away from the city for a great mental/physical reset. Will absolutely be booking here again next time I am in town.

Beautiful condo, looks just like the listing with amazing unobstructed views of Lake Michigan. Lovely hosts, easy to contact and respond quickly to any requests. Everything was so clean and very well equipped. Can’t wait to book again!

We stayed here for the Iceman bike race. It was a great location for our needs. Mike was proactive and gave us all instructions needed for check-in well in advance. Place was as described and had everything we needed. Would recommend!
