Our house is located at a place called Le Couquet, a quiet area, in the municipality of Capdenac-Le-Haut (46), at the gates of Lot and Aveyron, a pretty fortified medieval village overlooking the Lot River and being one of the most beautiful villages in France. The proposed accommodation is located on the second floor of our house. Completely renovated, it is independent and accessible via an external staircase. It has a terrace that overlooks the pool and offers a beautiful panorama of the Lot Valley. Designed for 2 adults

We offer our guests a lot of peace and space in a beautiful natural historically protected environment (Saut de la Mounine), 3 authentic stone houses from 1885, a private swimming pond, private parking, a large garden, furniture, barbecues, vegetable gardens, a herb garden, and a great view. We are happy to cook for you: breakfast, 3 course menu or a semi-prepared meal ready for you when you arrive. the beach on the river Lot is within walking distance, nice villages and markets to visit.

Gite des Reves

Gîte des Rêves is situated in a quiet riverside location at the edge of a small rural commune called 'Cornus'. It is part of a larger village a few minutes away 'Cénevières', that boasts a stunning medieval chateaux. A small communal shop and a delightful brasserie, where you can have a drink in the day or enjoy a tasty meal at night. You can stay home and relax in the Gite's pretty garden, inviting pool with its river views or explore this beautiful region 'Les Causses du Quercy'.

Small charming cottage for rent in a medieval village of Quercy. Breathtaking view facing south, peaceful hanging garden with private pool for the guest couple, fish pond, palm trees and terrace. three restaurants including a caterer in the village, a bakery and a supermarket… all within walking distance. Cette petite maison en pierre, pleine de caractère, est l'endroit parfait pour se détendre en pleine campagne. Profitez de sa grande piscine (12m X 6m) avec vues exceptionnelles sur la vallée du Lot. Le logement est très bien situé pour visiter Figeac, Saint-Cirq-Lapopie ou les célèbres grottes de Pech-Merle, et aussi pour profiter des randonnées magnifiques dans la région et du canoë-kayak à quelques kilomètres dans la vallée du Célé.

Maison Rossignol is a 19th century building. Completely restored with contemporary materials, composed of a floor with two large bedrooms, a bathroom, a separate toilet, an open equipped kitchen and a large living room. On the ground floor, an independent 35 m2 studio with a bedroom, a bathroom, a separate toilet. There is also a 300 m2 garden, a summer lounge, as well as an 8 m long heated slate pool, out of sight.

Our 45 m² cottage is independent. Elegant and very pleasant to live in, it is located 3 minutes walk from the historic city center. From its terraces you will have a fabulous view over the roofs of Figeac. The view from the swimming pool is amazing in the summer ! See you soon in the Lot !
