Located 850 m from the city center, 1.4 km (15-minute walk) from the train station. Small house renovated in 2021. In summer, you will enjoy the small terrace with its plancha as well as the air conditioning. The accommodation is composed of a living room with an equipped kitchen (Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, glass cooktop, oven, microwave, fridge + freezer, dishes...), TV and WIFI, as well as a large bedroom with a queen-size bed, a separate toilet and a VERY SMALL shower room.

Rocamadour is 40km and Figeac medieval city 12km.

Located in a very quiet cul-de-sac, 10-minute walk to the center of Figeac. Free shuttle 100 m away. Free enclosed parking on site. Well-behaved pets are welcome. This typical stone house of the region is located in the Regional Natural Park of the Causses du Quercy (Lot 46), in the municipality of Espagnac-Saint-Eulalie, one of the prettiest villages in the Célé Valley. Comfortable, easy to live in, it offers a pleasant terrace where you can share good grilled meats and a large garden of 5,000 m2, with a splendid view of the causse. From the house you can go hiking or go swimming in the clear waters of the Célé, 5 min walk.
