The property features a ground floor with direct access to the courtyard, including a kitchen, bathroom, and living room, and an open-plan first floor with a queen-size bed. The patio is great for hanging out a breakfast or dinner in the cool. The pool is shared with us. BARBECUES ARE NOT ALLOWED

Large pool, 09/15 No 🏊‍♀️, terrace to eat well 4 people. Large community area with summer lounge. Community for only 16 apartments, so it is very quiet. 2 bedrooms to comfortably sleep 4 people. The sofa has a bed inside. It has a dishwasher, 2 refrigerators, a gas stove, a washing machine and a dryer.

Super cozy house completely renovated

In the past, it was the hair salon of the town, and instead of restoring it, we chose to completely renovate it. We love carpentry, so we dedicated ourselves to making almost all the furniture and the general decoration. It is located in the center of Armentera, a beautifull village with a lot of history. It is 5 minutes away from the beach. Ideal for spending a few days with family or friends, and with plenty of experiences to enjoy the Alt Emporda.
