Haus am Vogelherd

Our vacation home has a living area of 70 square meters. It is located on the outskirts of the climatic health resort of Westerheim at an altitude of 823 m. In the neighborhood are commercial enterprises, which, however, cause little noise. The house is completely fenced in at 150 cm high. Hiking trails lead directly from the house and in winter, when there is snow, a cross-country ski trail is also marked. For children there is a swing with a climbing pole. Our ground-floor apartment in Echterdingen-Stetten is a small oasis of growth for 1–4 people (5 with sofa bed). Two bedrooms, a modern bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a terrace provide comfort. Klara's cottage with charm

Klara's vacation home with its unique charm has been on the Neuffen city wall for over 100 years. It is right in the center of Neuffen next to the church. The small 3 room house with simple but loving equipment is located at the foot of the Swabian Alb (Hohenneuffen Castle/Thermalbad Beuren/Open Air Museum Beuren/HW5/ Outlet City Metzingen) and can be reached on foot from the nearby train station. Cafes, bakeries, and supermarkets are close by.

Our Tiny House is a former transformer tower that is a 5-minute walk from the old town. Supermarket,gas station, pharmacy and parking garage are very close. The tower has a 32 square meter terrace that floats above the Ammer. The bedroom,with private balcony and extra TV, is located under the roof. Integrated kitchen, nice bathroom with shower and underfloor heating.

The small workshop house from 1947, gutted and renovated, was now converted into a modern apartment in 2022 with a lot of love and dedication. Enjoy relaxing days here in the center of Sonnenbühl-Willmandingen and discover the surroundings of Sonnenbühl with the many different excursion destinations.
