Parking is free on the street. You are a 15-minute walk from the entrance to the 24-hour circuit and a 7-minute walk from the Le Mans exhibition center. For motorcycles, the reservation is for a minimum of 3 nights from Thursday to Sunday. For the 24h Auto and "Le Mans Classic", 4 nights min from Wednesday to Sunday.

Newly renovated, this former country house with all the comforts of 60 m² welcomes you for your getaways, vacations in the countryside, retreat and teleworking in the countryside or work in the region. Le Cocon offers two comfortable bedrooms, a living room-kitchen open to a green terrace and overlooking the Parc des Fontaines, consisting of a rose garden, a plant maze, a pond and forests.

From the private parking lot, you will walk through the gardens where I grow aromatic plants and edible flowers to produce tasty herbal teas and herbs that you can find on my site.
