The "La Terrasse du Loir" Gîte is private (opened in 2021), you will be alone in the entire gîte. The pool and telescopic enclosure were installed in 2022. It is heated to 29°. For 2026: Heated pool from March 27 to November 1 inclusive. For 2027: Heated pool from March 26 to November 1 inclusive. Gîte of 115 m2 + large terrace of 24 m² overlooking Le Loir located 2.5 km from the Zoo. Accommodation capacity 12 people with the sofa bed in the living room (10 people with the 4 bedrooms).

Free parking is available in front of the house. The house is very nice and when the weather is nice, the terrace and garden will give you the feeling of being in the countryside. We welcome you to a beautiful outbuilding of an old farmhouse restored as a gîte 15 km from Le Mans. In the countryside, come and enjoy the calm of our gîte. You can enjoy a private garden and a swimming pool (unheated) open in summer (early June > late August/early September). With a capacity of 8 guests, the gîte is ideal for families, couples or lovers of motor racing (20 min from the 24-hour circuit) and equestrian competitions (7 min from the Boulerie Jump).

From the private parking lot, you will cross the gardens where I grow aromatic plants and edible flowers to produce tasty herbal teas and herbs that you can find on my site.
