The guest suite is on ground floor, double room, bathroom, large living room which includes a double sofa bed. Access to decking area with views across the beach. The cottage provides 2 bedroomed accommodation with a warm and cosy atmosphere with its wood burning stoves in kitchen and lounge with comfy beds for that home from home feeling. Serviced with a large bath and free standing shower unit and fully equipped kitchen with dinning table. Set within our lovely garden and surrounded by woodland just 200m off the back road - gives guests and children the safety and freedom to roam from the front door. Located just 15 minutes from Inverness airport.

The Boat Shed

The Boat Shed nestles under a large ancient Monterey Pine at the bottom of our garden in the beautiful village of Findhorn. Less than two minutes from Findhorn Bay and a ten minute walk to the beach on the Moray Firth. Guests have their own access and sole use of the Boat Shed. Just a short walk to local pubs, restaurants, cafes, shop and Marina. Perfect for a short break or holiday. A bothy bedroom in the heart of the Cairngorms

Connected to the old cruck barn this is a compact, cosy, self contained bedroom. It’s set on one side of the courtyard with separate key access so you can come and go at will. If you love the outdoors, we think you will love it here. We have spectacular views of the Cairngorms, with excellent walks from the door. Rustic, with loads of character, the room has a comfy king size bed and en suite bathroom with shower. If you need mod cons or lots of space this may not be the place for you!
